Description

4つの異なる容量(50、100、250、500mL)のLaboratorios Grifols S.A.製のバッグがテストされた。しかしながら、すべてのバッグの厚さは4つのすべての容量で同じであり、その特性が下の表1にまとめられている。バッグの壁は、様々な層を接着剤の層によって接合した多層フィルムからなる。

Claims (17)
- 400keV〜500keVのエネルギーを有する電子ビームを放射する第1の加速器、および少なくとも4MeVのエネルギーを有する電子ビームを放射する第2の加速器を備える殺菌区域を備えることを特徴とする可撓性バッグの殺菌用装置。
- 前記第2の加速器が、4MeVから5MeVの間のエネルギーを有する電子ビームを放射することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可撓性バッグの殺菌用装置。
- 前記第2の加速器が、4MeVのエネルギーを有する電子ビームを放射することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の可撓性バッグの殺菌用装置。
- 前記加速器が、前記装置の上部に平行に配置され、前記電子ビームを下方に、地面に対して垂直方向に放射するように配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1または3に記載の可撓性バッグの殺菌用装置。
- 前記装置が、電子加速器による放射を閉じ込めるために対策が採られた、放射を通さない領域に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の可撓性バッグの殺菌用装置。
- 閉じ込めの対策が、少なくとも65cmの厚さの壁および/または床であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の可撓性バッグの殺菌用装置。
- 前記壁および/または床が鉛製であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の可撓性バッグの殺菌用装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置を使用して、ヒト血漿タンパク質の溶液が入った可撓性バッグを電子ビームを用いて殺菌するための方法であって、
a)400keVから500keVの間のエネルギーを有する少なくとも1つの電子ビームの放射のステップと、
b)約10ナノ秒から1.5秒後、少なくとも4MeVのエネルギーを有する少なくとも第2の電子ビームパルスの放射のステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2の加速器が、4MeVから5MeVの間のエネルギーを有する電子ビームを放射することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の加速器が、4MeVのエネルギーを有する電子ビームを放射することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 殺菌される前記可撓性バッグから照射源までの距離が1.5cmから7cmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 殺菌される前記可撓性バッグから照射源までの距離が4cmであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 殺菌されるバッグが50mLから500mLまでの量を入れることができることを特徴とする、請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- バッグの充填前または充填後に実施することができることを特徴とする、請求項8から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加速器が、前記装置の上部に平行に配置され、前記電子ビームを下方に、地面に対して垂直方向に放射するように配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項8から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性バッグに入れられる溶液が、血液、あるいは血漿、血清、赤血球、アルブミン、α−1アンチトリプシン、フォンヴィレブランド因子、凝固因子(第VII因子、第VIII因子、および第IX因子を含む)、免疫グロブリン、プラスミノーゲン、プラスミン、アンチトロンビンIII、フィブリノーゲン、フィブリン、トロンビン、またはこれらの組合せなどの血液製剤などの生体由来の医薬溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項8から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- a)バッグの形成および熱印刷のステップと、
b)請求項8から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いた、電子ビームによる前記バッグの殺菌のステップと、
c)無菌環境でのヒト血漿タンパク質の溶液の前記バッグへの充填のステップと、
d)バッグの封止のステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、可撓性バッグのためのインライン充填方法。
