Description
Claims (20)
- 三次元(3D)印刷用のポリスルホン微小粒子を製造するための方法であって、
ポリスルホンを有機溶媒中に溶解することによってポリスルホンの混合物を作製することと、
ポリマー安定剤又は界面活性剤の水溶液を作製することと、
前記ポリスルホンの混合物を前記水溶液に添加して、ポリスルホン溶液を作製することと、
前記ポリスルホン溶液を処理して、所望の粒径、所望の粒径分布、及び所望の形状を有するポリスルホン微小粒子を得ることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記添加することが、
前記ポリスルホンの混合物を滴下方式で添加することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリスルホンの混合物が前記水溶液に添加される前に、前記水溶液が冷却される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリスルホンの混合物を添加しながら、前記水溶液を撹拌することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記処理することの前に、前記ポリスルホン溶液を24時間攪拌することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記処理することが、前記ポリスルホン微小粒子を前記ポリスルホン溶液から分離させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分離させることが、濾過を行って前記ポリスルホン微小粒子を除去することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記分離させることが、
前記ポリスルホン溶液を加熱して、蒸発によって前記有機溶液を除去することと、
遠心分離プロセスによって前記ポリスルホン溶液から水及び前記ポリマー安定剤を除去することと、を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリスルホン微小粒子を脱イオン水中に再懸濁させて、前記ポリスルホン微小粒子及び前記脱イオン水のスラリーを形成することと、
前記スラリーに遠心分離プロセスを適用することと、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記スラリーを凍結させることと、
昇華プロセスによって凍結された前記スラリーから氷を除去することと、を更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記有機溶媒がジクロロメタンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー安定剤又は前記界面活性剤が、ポリ(ビニルアセテート)、ポリ(メチルメタクリレート)、ポリ(アクリロニトリル)、ポリ(ジメチルシロキサン)、ポリ(ビニルクロライド)、ポリ(エチレン)、ポリ(プロピレン)、ポリ(ラウリルメタクリレート)、ポリ(オキシエチレン)、ポリ(アクリルアミド)、ポリ(ビニルアルコール)、ポリ(アクリル酸)、ポリ(メタクリル酸)、ポリ(ビニルピロリドン)、ポリ(エチレンイミン)、ポリ(ビニルメチルエーテル)、ポリ(4−ビニルピリジン)、ポリ(12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸)、ポリ(イソブチレン)、シス−1:4−ポリ(イソプレン)、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ゼラチン、Tween(商標)80、Tween(商標)20、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、コポビドン及びポリビニルピロリドン、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、ポリメタクリレート、ヒプロメロースアセテートサクシネート、ヒプロメロースフタレート、ポリビニルカプロラクタム−ポリビニルアセテート−ポリエチレングリコールグラフトコポリマー、ポリビニルアセテートフタレート、又はセルロースアセテートフタレートのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所望の粒径及び前記所望の粒径分布が、前記ポリスルホン及び前記ポリマー安定剤又は前記界面活性剤の濃度の関数である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所望の粒径が10マイクロメートルを超える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所望の粒径分布が40マイクロメートル〜100マイクロメートルを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所望の形状が、約1.0の真円度を有する球体及び1.2〜2.0の幾何標準偏差を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3D印刷の方法であって、
ポリスルホン、有機溶媒、脱イオン水、及びポリマー安定剤の混合物に適用されるナノ沈殿プロセスから形成されたポリスルホン微小粒子の層を分配することであって、前記複数のポリスルホン粒子は、10マイクロメートルを超える粒径を有し、40マイクロメートル〜100マイクロメートルの粒径分布を有し、かつ球形を有する、ことと、
前記複数のポリスルホン微小粒子の層を平坦化することと、
選択的レーザー焼結プロセスを介して、ポリスルホン微小粒子の前記層上に所望の形状を印刷することと、
前記分配すること、前記平坦化すること、及び前記印刷することを繰り返して、三次元物体を形成することと、を含む、方法。 - 三次元(3D)印刷用のポリスルホン微小粒子を製造するための方法であって、
ポリビニルアルコールを摂氏約50度(℃)で脱イオン水中に溶解させることと、
ポリスルホンを周囲温度でジクロロメタン中に溶解させることと、
脱イオン水中の前記ポリビニルアルコールを約40℃に冷却することと、
脱イオン水中の前記ポリビニルアルコールを約1300毎分回転数(RPM)で攪拌しながら、前記ジクロロメタン中に溶解した前記ポリスルホンを滴下方式で添加することと、
前記ジクロロメタン中に溶解した前記ポリスルホンの全てを脱イオン水中の前記ポリビニルアルコールに添加した後で、撹拌速度を約600RPMに低下させることと、
前記ジクロロメタン、前記ポリビニルアルコール、及び前記脱イオン水から形成されるポリスルホン微小粒子を分離させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記分離させることが、
前記ジクロロメタン中に溶解させ、脱イオン水中の前記ポリビニルアルコールに添加した前記ポリスルホンを約37℃に加熱して、蒸発によって前記ジクロロメタンを除去することと、
前記ポリスルホン、前記ポリビニルアルコール、及び前記脱イオン水の残りの溶液を3000RPMで遠心分離させて、前記ポリビニルアルコール及び前記脱イオン水を除去して前記ポリスルホン微小粒子を得ることと、を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記分離させることが、
前記ポリスルホン微小粒子を脱イオン水の溶液中で混合することと、
前記溶液を振盪させて、前記ポリスルホン微小粒子を前記脱イオン水中で分散させることと、
前記溶液を3000RPMで遠心分離させることと、
前記溶液を凍結させることと、
凍結した前記溶液に高真空を適用して、昇華によって氷を除去することと、を更に含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
