中でもイオン性基の安定性の点でアンモニウムカチオン、ホスホニウムカチオンが好ましい。
前記活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は、ラジカル重合性化合物として、ポリオールとジイソシアネートとヒドロキシル基を含有するモノ(メタ)アクリレートとから合成されるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートBを含有する。ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートBを用いることにより、前記組成物の硬化物の強靭性及び耐候性を向上することができる。
前記活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は、硬化物の表面硬度及び基材との密着性を更に向上させる点から、多官能(メタ)アクリレートCを含むことが好ましい。前記多官能(メタ)アクリレートCとしては、前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートB以外の多官能エチレン性不飽和化合物であれば特に限定されないが、屋外での使用において硬化物が着色しない点から、芳香族を含まない2個以上の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物が好ましい。前記化合物としては、例えば、ジ(メタ)アクリレート、3官能以上の多官能(メタ)アクリレート、ポリウレタンポリ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリエステルポリ(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。
本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は、硬化性の点から光重合開始剤を含むことが好ましい。前記光重合開始剤は紫外線によりラジカルを発生し、重合性モノマー及びオリゴマーを重合させるものであればいずれでも使用可能であり、組成物中で相溶性を考慮して適宜選択すればよく、特に限定されない。
前記活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は、硬化物の耐候性の点から紫外線吸収剤を含むことが好ましい。前記紫外線吸収剤としては、前記組成物に均一に溶解し、硬化物の耐候性が良好であれば特に限定されないが、前記組成物に対して溶解性が高く、硬化物の耐候性が良好である点から、トリアジン系、ベンゾフェノン系、ベンゾトリアゾール系、サリチル酸フェニル系、安息香酸フェニル系のうちのいずれかの化合物から誘導される化合物であって、最大吸収波長が240nm以上380nm以下の範囲である紫外線吸収剤が好ましい。特に、前記組成物に多量に含有させることができる点から、ベンゾフェノン系の紫外線吸収剤がより好ましい。また、ポリカーボネート等の基材の黄変を防ぐことができる点から、トリアジン系及びベンゾトリアゾール系の紫外線吸収剤がより好ましい。
前記組成物が塗布される基材の紫外線による劣化を防ぐ点から、前記活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を含むことが好ましい。
基材の表面に活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化物を形成した樹脂成形品について、接触角計(DM−500、協和界面科学(株)製)を用いて、滑落法により20μLの水の滑落角を求めた。初期滑落角は以下の基準で評価した。
「◎」:30°以下で20μLの水が滑落する。
「○」:30°よりも大きく59°以下で20μLの水が滑落する。
「△」:59°よりも大きく85°以下で20μLの水が滑落する。
「×」:85°以上で20μLの水が滑落しない。
基材の表面に活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化物を形成した樹脂成形品について、50℃、湿度99%条件下で24時間静置した後、樹脂成形品を取り出し、樹脂成形品の表面に付着した水滴を取り除いたのち、(2)と同様の方法で20μLの水の滑落角を求めた。耐湿試験後の滑落角は以下の基準で判定した。
「◎」:50°以下で20μLの水が滑落する。
「○」:50°よりも大きく70°以下で20μLの水が滑落する。
「△」:70°よりも大きく90°以下で20μLの水が滑落する。
「×」:90°で20μLの水が滑落しない。
保温機能付き滴下ロート、還流冷却器、撹拌翼及び温度センサーを装備した5リットルフラスコ内に、ジイソシアネートとしてジシクロヘキシルメタン−4,4’−ジイソシアネート2モル、ジラウリン酸n−ブチル錫300ppmを仕込み、フラスコを温水浴で40℃に加温した。保温機能付き滴下ロートを40℃に加温した状態でジオールとして3−メチルペンタン構造を有するポリカーボネートジオール(数平均分子量800、(株)クラレ製、商品名クラレポリオールC770)1モルを4時間かけて前記フラスコ内に滴下した。フラスコ内の液を40℃にて2時間撹拌し、更に1時間かけて70℃まで昇温させた。その後、ヒドロキシル基を含有するモノ(メタ)アクリレートとして2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート2モルを2時間かけて前記フラスコ内に滴下し、更にフラスコ内の液を2時間撹拌することでウレタンアクリレートUA1(以下、UA1と略す。)を合成した。
表1に示す配合比で活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を調整した。前記組成物を、厚さ3mmのポリカーボネート樹脂板(商品名:パンライトL−1225Z、帝人化成(株)製)に、硬化後の硬化物の厚さが10μmになるようにスプレー塗装した。次いで、塗膜が形成された樹脂板をオーブン中で60℃で3分間加熱処理することにより有機溶剤を揮発させた。その後、空気中で、高圧水銀ランプを用いて波長340nm以上380nm以下の紫外線を積算光量3000mJ/cm2で塗膜に照射して塗膜を硬化させて活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化物を得た。
表1に示す材料及び配合比で活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を調整し、実施例1と同様の条件で活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化物を形成した樹脂成形品を得た。評価結果を表1に示す。
Claims (8)
- イオン性基とポリシロキサン構造を有する共重合体A、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートB、多官能(メタ)アクリレートCを含む活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
- 前記活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物中のラジカル重合性化合物の二重結合当量が3mmol/g以上8mmol/g以下である請求項1に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
- 前記共重合体Aの配合量が、ラジカル重合性化合物の総量100質量部に対して0.1質量部以上10質量部以下である請求項1又は2に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
- 前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートBの配合量が、ラジカル重合性化合物の総量100質量部に対して10質量部以上43質量部以下である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
- 前記多官能(メタ)アクリレートCの配合量が、前記ラジカル重合性化合物の総量100質量部に対して20質量部以上90質量部以下である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
- 前記ラジカル重合性化合物の総量100質量部に対して、紫外線吸収剤を0.5質量部以上20質量部以下含む請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
- 前記ラジカル重合性化合物の総量100質量部に対して、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を0.1質量部以上5質量部以下含む請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
- 樹脂成形品の表面に、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化物を有する樹脂成形品。
