Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a ship-passing gate device provided in a flow control fence, driftwood stop equipment, etc. installed in a dam, a reservoir, a river, or the like.
In dams, reservoirs, etc., for example, a water flow control fence for blocking the flow of water on the surface layer side may be installed for the purpose of eutrophication prevention measures and conservation of the water environment. In the water flow control fence, for example, a water-impervious sheet or the like is buoyantly supported on the water by a float or the like, and a weight is attached to the lower end of the sheet and stretched in the water. A passage gate is provided at a predetermined position on the flow control fence so that dust collectors and surveillance vessels can pass through. The door of the passage gate is normally closed, and the door is opened when the ship passes and is closed again after the ship passes. As a conventional ship-passing gate, for example, a type in which the door body that opens and closes the gate opens and closes in a double-door manner has been proposed. The two door bodies are locked in a closed state, and manually or automatically when the ship passes. It is known that the door is provided so as to release the lock and open the door body (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The ship passage gate of Patent Document 1 is provided with a foldable lock member extending to and engaging with the door body to be fixed on the fixed side of the opening / closing portion, and the door body is provided with a retractable lock member. When the ship pushes the ship protective material during passage, the lock member is automatically disengaged from the door body which engages with the lock member and becomes the fixed side, and when the door is closed after the war, the lock member is engaged with the fixed side. The door body is provided with an automatic locking means for automatically engaging the locking member, and the door is unlocked and opened only by the propulsive force of the ship. However, since Patent Document 1 and other conventional double-door type ship gates are provided with a lock / unlock mechanism for a door body that opens and closes, the structure is complicated due to the large number of members and many movable parts, and the manufacturing cost. It was expensive and required frequent maintenance. In addition, there is a risk that the door body cannot be unlocked smoothly when passing through the gate, and the ship may collide with the gate, causing an accident in which the passengers fall into the water or damage the hull or gate. There was a problem that it was sexual and inferior in practicality. In addition, conventional ship gates are often designed according to the size of one type of ship, but the door body of the ship gate is designed to be large according to the size of a large ship such as a dust collector. The large doors cannot be opened smoothly on patrol vessels, Japanese vessels, etc., which are smaller than dust collectors, due to insufficient output of the vessels, etc., and multiple types of vessels with different sizes can be used with just one passage gate. It was difficult or impossible to deal with. However, in recent years, from the viewpoint of operational cost and usability of dust collection work and monitoring work, there is a strong demand for the development of a passage gate capable of handling a plurality of types of ships of different sizes.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and one of the purposes thereof is a highly practical ship-passing gate device having a simple structure, can be manufactured at low cost, and can smoothly pass a ship. Is to provide. Furthermore, another object is to provide a passage gate device capable of smoothly passing a plurality of types of ships of different sizes.

According to the ship-passing gate device of the present invention, it is a ship-passing gate device provided in a part of a partition facility on the water and passing a ship as needed, and a frame having a gate gap through which the ship passes and a gate gap. A door body that opens and closes, a buoyancy support mechanism that buoyantly supports the door body so that it is always located on the water, a state in which the door body is constantly erected on the water to close the gate gap, and a ship passes through the gate gap. Guidance to selectively rotate and guide the door body to the state where the door body is pushed and the door body is rotated toward the front side of the ship around the axis intersecting the direction of travel of the ship and submerged. Since it includes a mechanism, the propulsive force of the ship can be used to open the door and pass smoothly through the ship, and the door is automatically closed after passing. The gate can be manufactured at low cost with a simple configuration. Further, it is possible to provide a ship gate device that is easy to open and close, has high reliability, and is highly practical.
Further, the guide mechanism has an extremely simple structure by having a shaft support portion that rotatably connects the lower end of the door body in the upright state to the frame body via a horizontal axis that intersects the traveling direction of the ship. Moreover, at low cost, it is possible to realize a guidance mechanism that can reliably and smoothly switch between the standing state of the door body and the rotating submerged state, and the ship can pass smoothly.
Further, the door body is a pressing portion that the ship comes into contact with when the ship passes, and is attached to both sides of the door body at a distance from each other in the width direction, and is attached back and forth from the door body along the traveling direction of the ship. By providing a pressing portion that protrudes from the door body, the ship hits the pressing portion that protrudes from the door body and passes through, so that the rotation of the door body when the ship passes. The submerged position can be set sufficiently deeper than the bottom of the ship, and the screw does not hit the door body smoothly and safely without flipping up an outboard motor with a screw provided at the stern of the ship when passing through the gate. Can pass the ship. In addition, for example, by setting a pressing portion corresponding to each width size of a large ship such as a dust collecting ship, a patrol ship narrower than the dust collecting ship, a Japanese ship, etc., one passage gate It is also possible to open and close the door body to allow ships to pass through in response to multiple types of ships of different sizes in the device.
In addition, the central portion of the door body in the width direction has recesses recessed downward from both sides in the width direction corresponding to the downwardly convex ship bottom structure, so that the door corresponds to the ship bottom structure. It is difficult for the body to come into contact and the ship can pass smoothly.
Further, the pressing portion has a simple structure by including a contact portion that comes into contact with the ship and a support frame that supports the contact portion at a separated position protruding from the door body. It can be realized concretely and can be manufactured at low cost. Further, for example, by installing a float or the like inside the support frame, each member can be efficiently arranged, and the buoyancy support of the buoyancy support mechanism can be accurately designed.
In addition, the buoyancy support mechanism is configured to include a pressing portion or a float body attached to the door body, so that the door body is erected from a normal standing state and a rotating submerged state after the ship has passed. A buoyancy support mechanism that can return to the state can be realized with a simple configuration.
In addition, the pressing portion is provided with guide portions provided at different positions in the width direction so as to correspond to different ship widths, so that a ship having a width smaller than the width of the gate can be passed. When it is necessary to let the ship pass through the guide part as a guide, the screw of the ship passes between the pressing parts and passes smoothly and safely so that the screw does not come into contact with each member. Can be made to. As a result, one vessel gate device can be used to accommodate vessels of different sizes, such as large vessels such as dust collectors, patrol vessels narrower than dust collectors, and Japanese vessels. it can.
Further, in the central portion of the door body in the width direction, a part of the door body is divided so as to be openable and closable, and a divided door portion provided so as to be swingable in the traveling direction of the ship with the upper end portion as a free end is provided. By doing so, it is possible to efficiently and smoothly pass a ship having a width corresponding to the gate gap, a ship having a width different from that of the gate gap, and the like. As a result, one vessel gate device can be used to accommodate vessels of different sizes, such as large vessels such as dust collectors, patrol vessels narrower than dust collectors, and Japanese vessels. it can.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the ship-passing gate device of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The ship-passing gate device according to the present invention is, for example, a flow control fence or boom for damming the flow of water on the surface layer side, or a driftwood stop device for preventing driftwood or dust from flowing into a dam or a reservoir. It is a gate device for passing ships, which is installed in a part of the water section equipment such as, and allows ships to pass through as needed. 1 to 5 show a first embodiment of the ship-passing gate device of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the
The ship-passing
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
The
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the
In the present embodiment, for example, when viewed from the front, the
Next, the operation of the ship-passing
Next, a second embodiment of the ship-passing gate device of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. The same components and members as those in the first embodiment described above are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. Similar to the above embodiment, the ship-passing gate device 10-2 of the present embodiment includes a
In the present embodiment, the
Next, a second embodiment of the ship-passing gate device of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 11. The same components and members as those in the first embodiment described above are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. Similar to the above embodiment, the ship-passing gate device 10-3 of the present embodiment includes a
In the
As shown in FIG. 10, for example, when a ship BT1 having a width substantially the same as the gate gap of a dust collecting ship or the like passes through the ship passing gate device 10-3 of the present embodiment, both widths of the ship are pressed. It abuts on 38, and as the ship advances, the
