[0003] Conventionally, as a large-scale mobile tide apparatus, which is usually designed to open the entire waterway so that a large ship can navigate and to close the entire waterway in an emergency,
As shown in FIG. 5, vertical support shafts 2 and 2 were installed on the opposite shores 1 and 1, and an arch-shaped dam plate 4 was supported by interposing a fan-shaped frame 3 which required each of the columns 2. A seawall 5 is installed, and on opposite banks 1, 1 are provided with evacuation spaces 6 in which the entire fan-shaped seawater embankment 5 can be evacuated. Normally, the tide embankment 5 is housed in the evacuation space 6. If necessary, the support shafts 2 are rotated in a fan-shaped direction to move each dam plate 4 to the center of the water channel, and the tips thereof are placed in abutment with each other to shield the water channel. Is being developed. The conventional seawall 5 used here is composed of a steel framework 3 and a steel dam plate 4,
Against the high waves coming in, the supporting shafts 2, 2 installed on both banks 1, 1 are used to counter the tide embankment support force.

In the above-mentioned conventional mobile tide embankment device, when a high wave invades, the stress concentrates on the support shaft, and there is a problem that a large wave force cannot be countered. In addition, since the overall shape of the seawall is fan-shaped, and the evacuation space for accommodating each of them must be installed on the opposite bank, the wider the evacuation space should be kept as the opening of the waterway to be blocked becomes wider. There was a problem that the dead space at the port restricted the installation of other port equipment, in particular.

The features of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned conventional problems and achieving the intended purpose are as follows.
It has a buoyancy adjusting means for floating on the water surface and bottoming operation on the bottom of the water, and is equipped with a gravity-type tide embankment body that becomes a tide embankment by landing on a predetermined tide embankment installation part. One end of the levee body is supported so that it can rotate and move up and down around a vertical axis that is erected on an immovable part such as a water bottom foundation or quay, and the levee body is levitated above the water surface and the tide is protected from the evacuation position. A tide embankment is formed by allowing reciprocating movement between the embankment installation portions in a fan-shaped direction and by bottoming the tide embankment body at a predetermined installation position of the tide embankment installation portion.

Then, when a high wave due to a typhoon or an earthquake is expected, the water in the ballast tank 22 of both seawalls 20 and 20 is drained to increase the buoyancy. In this state, the thruster 30 is operated to move the tip side of the seawall to the waterway closing side. As a result, each of the seawalls 20 is rotated in a fan-shaped direction around the pillars 13, and the seabed foundation 11 for the seashore bottom 11
It is moved to a position a, finely adjusted in position by the thruster 30, and stopped at a predetermined position where both seawalls 20 and 20 are in abutment arrangement. In this state, water is poured into the ballast tank 22 of each of the seawalls 20, 20 to reduce the buoyancy so that the seawater is allowed to settle, and the seafloor foundation 11a is settled to the bottom to form a seawall facing the high waves by its own weight.

When the function of the seawall is completed and the water channel is opened again, the water in the ballast tank 22 is discharged to increase the buoyancy to float the water, and the thruster 30 is operated to reverse the above-mentioned procedure. , Pivoting around the support shaft 13 until reaching the retreating bottom 11b.
1b is stopped, water is poured into the ballast tank 22 to be settled, and the bottom is set on the water bottom foundation 11b to be in a retracted state.

In addition to the straight line arrangement shown in FIG. 1 described above, the water channels are closed by the two seawalls 20 and 20, as shown in FIG. It may be placed on the side and abutted in a dogleg configuration. In this way, the wave force from the open sea side can be dispersed in the longitudinal direction of the tide embankment, and the tide ability is increased.

As described above, the mobile tide apparatus according to the present invention has the buoyancy adjusting means for performing the floating operation on the water surface and the bottom operation on the water surface, and is installed in the predetermined seawall installation portion. Equipped with a gravity type seawall body that becomes a seawall by bottoming,
One end side of the seawall is supported so as to be rotatable and vertically movable around a vertical axis that is erected on an immovable part such as a water bottom foundation or a quay, and the seawater bank is retracted in a state of being floated above the water surface. From the seawall to the seawall in a fan-shaped direction, and the seawall body is set at a predetermined installation position of the seawall to form a seawall. The seawall can be made a structure that can be easily moved, and a highly stable mobile seawall that can withstand high wave forces can be obtained, and
A long seawall can be stored in a small space, dead space in a narrow port is reduced, and usage efficiency is improved.

Separately from this, the seawall installation section is located between the opposite banks facing each other, and the seawall body is installed on one side of the opposite bank so as to be rotatable around the vertical axis, and the seawall body is installed on the other side. Install a ridge body tip joint to which the tip is joined, move the seawall from one side of the opposite bank to the other side, and join the tip to the ridge body tip joint to reach the bottom. By doing so, at the harbor entrances with relatively small intervals, only one seawall is required, which facilitates installation and opening / closing operations.
