Claims (8)
- セパレータを介して互いに対向する正極及び負極を含む積層体と、前記積層体及び電解液を収容するラミネートフィルムと、前記ラミネートフィルムから突出し、前記正極に接続された第1の端子電極及び前記負極に接続された第2の端子電極とを有する薄型セルと、
前記薄型セルを収容するとともに、前記第1及び第2の端子電極に接続されるバスバーを有するセル収容体と、を備え、
前記セル収容体は、前記電解液から発生するガスを前記セル収容体の外部に放出する第1のガス穴を有することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記セル収容体に固定され、前記第1のガス穴に通じるガス拡散スペースを形成するカバー部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記セル収容体は、複数の前記薄型セルをそれぞれ収容する複数の収容部を有し、
前記第1のガス穴は、1又は2以上の薄型セルに対してそれぞれ設けられており、
前記ガス拡散スペースは、前記1又は2以上の薄型セルに対してそれぞれ設けられた前記第1のガス穴の全てに通じていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ガス拡散スペースの容積は、前記薄型セルの1個の容積よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記カバー部材は、ガス拡散スペースに充満する前記ガスを外部に放出するための第2のガス穴を有することを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2のガス穴は、前記第1のガス穴と対向しない位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2のガス穴は、前記ガスが発生した場合に開放される閉塞部材によって閉塞されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記閉塞部材は、前記薄型セル、前記セル収容体及び前記カバー部材を包むチューブ状の樹脂フィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池パック。
