Claims (3)
- 粒状黒鉛から不純物を除去することによって高純度化された黒鉛を製造する黒鉛製造方法であって、
粒状黒鉛を電解液に浸漬し、電解研磨を行う電解研磨工程と、
前記粒状黒鉛をエッチング液と接触させるエッチング処理を行うエッチング工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする黒鉛製造方法。 - 前記電解研磨工程において、前記黒鉛に電流を通電させることによって、前記黒鉛の端部を膨張させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の黒鉛製造方法。
- 前記電解液は、前記エッチング工程で使用されるエッチング液であり、
前記電解研磨と前記エッチング処理を同時に行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の黒鉛製造方法。
