R3は、直鎖もしくは分岐鎖C1〜C10アルキレン、C6〜C10-アリーレン、-アルキルアリーレン、又はアリールアルキレンであり;
Mは、周期表の第2あるいは第3主族もしくは亜族(IUPAC表記では2,3,12,13族に対応)の金属イオンであり、

金属イオンMとしては、好ましくはAl,Ca及びZnが使用される。
(i)0〜15重量%、好ましくは2〜12重量%、特に好ましくは4〜10重量%の、少なくとも1種の可塑剤、
(ii)0.1〜2重量%、好ましくは0.2〜1.5重量%、特に好ましくは0.3〜1重量%の、少なくとも1種の安定剤、特に熱安定剤、

ここで、添加剤(i)〜(iii)の合計は、成形材料の重量に対して、0.1〜22重量%となる。
相対粘度は、ISO307に従って、100mLの適切な溶媒(例えば、ポリアミド12のためにはm−クレゾール)中の0.5gのポリマーを用いて、温度20℃にて測定した。
パイプは、Nokia Maillefer COEX5パイプ押出成形機を用いて、材料温度240〜250℃で、165mbarの真空下で、押出速度9.5m/分で、共押出された。試験片として、外径15mm、内径12mm、肉厚1.5mmのパイプを使用した。
押出パイプの燃焼特性は、UL-94測定法を修正して測定した。試験片は、50%相対湿度で、23℃・48時間又は70℃・7日間貯蔵した。各構造物のために、少なくとも3回の実験を実施した。押出パイプ(外径15mm;肉厚1.5mm)は、150mmの長さにした。パイプをその後垂直に固定し、垂直燃焼性試験を実施した。
DIN 73378に従って、23±2℃で測定した。
ポリアミドのNH2-末端基の測定のために、撹拌しながら100℃にて、0.5gのサンプルを、50mLのm-クレゾール中に溶解した。25mLのイソプロパノールと3mLの添加溶液(氷酢酸中、6g/Lのアミノカプロン酸)を添加した後、0.05Mのエタノール性過塩素酸溶液を用いて、電位差滴定を行った。

本発明の実施例は、機械的特性及び難燃特性の特に良好な組み合わせを示す。加水分解抵抗性熱可塑性物質からなる内層によってのみ、その用途における機械的特性の維持が確保される。しかしながら、もし加水分解抵抗性成形材料に難燃剤が添加された場合、機械的特性は、有意に負の影響を受ける。良好な機械的特性は、比較例1で実際に達成できるが、難燃特性が犠牲になる。比較例3に示されるように難燃剤の添加は、UL94において最も良い等級であるV0を達成するが、やはり機械的特性を犠牲にする。

- 流体輸送パイプであって、
・流体と接触する内層:これは、少なくとも1種の脂肪族ポリアミドと少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤とを含む成形材料から形成され、前記少なくとも1種のポリアミドは、30〜90mmol/kgのアミン末端基濃度を有する、及び
・前記内層と直接接する少なくとも1つの外層;これは、少なくとも1種の難燃剤とともに少なくとも1種の脂肪族ポリアミドを含む成形材料から形成される
を含む、流体輸送パイプ。 - 前記内層と外層のポリアミドが、PA12、PA612、PA1010、PA106、PA1016、PA1012、PA614、PA615、PA616、PA618、PA1212、PA610、PA11、及びそれらのコポリアミド、混合物、及びブレンドからなる群より選択され、好ましくは、PA12、PA11、PA610、PA612、及びPA11からなる群より選択され、特に好ましくはPA12であり、前記内層及び外層が、好ましくは同種のポリアミドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記ポリアミドが、30〜80mmol/kg、好ましくは35〜75mmol/kg、特に好ましくは40〜60mmol/kgのアミノ末端基濃度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記少なくとも1種の難燃剤が、ハロゲンフリーの難燃剤であること、好ましくは有機難燃剤であり、特に好ましくは、以下からなる群より選択される
・シアヌル酸とメラミンの反応生成物
・メラミン、特に、メレム、メラム、メロンの縮合生成物
・ポリリン酸とメラミンの反応生成物
・ポリリン酸とメラミン縮合生成物の反応生成物
・ホスフィン酸金属塩
・リン酸エステル
及び/又はこれらの混合物
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は3のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。 - 前記外層が、前記成形材料の重量に対して、5〜30重量%、好ましくは10〜25重量%、特に好ましくは11〜20重量%の、少なくとも1種の難燃剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤が、エチレン-プロピレン・コポリマー、エチレン-1-ブテン・コポリマー、エチレン-プロピレン-1-ブテン・コポリマー、スチレンコポリマー、スチレンブロック・コポリマー、及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される官能化耐衝撃性改良剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤が、0.1〜30重量%、好ましくは5〜25重量%、特に好ましくは10〜20重量%の量で、前記内層に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記外層が、以下からなる群より選択されるさらなる添加剤を含み:
(i)0〜15重量%、好ましくは2〜12重量%、特に好ましくは4〜10重量%の、少なくとも1種の可塑剤、
(ii)0.1〜2重量%、好ましくは0.2〜1.5重量%、特に好ましくは0.3〜1重量%の、少なくとも1種の安定剤、特に熱安定剤、
(iii)0〜5重量%、好ましくは0.1〜4重量%、特に好ましくは0.2〜3.5重量%の、少なくとも1種のさらなる添加剤であって、UV-安定剤、熱伝導性添加剤、難燃性相乗剤、加工助剤、潤滑剤、着色-及びマーキング剤、無機色素、有機色素、IR-吸収剤、膨張剤からなる群より選択されるもの、
及び/又はそれらの混合物
ここで、添加剤(i)〜(iii)の合計が、成形材料の重量に対して、0.1〜22重量%となることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。 - 前記外層を形成する成形材料が、ISO307に従って測定した際、1.6〜1.9の相対粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記内層を形成する成形材料が、ISO307に従って測定した際、1.8〜2.3の相対粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記外層が、0.1〜1.5mm、好ましくは0.12〜1.4mm、特に好ましくは0.15〜1.3mmの範囲の厚みを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記流体輸送パイプが、その内層と外層の間に、接着剤層を有さないこと、好ましくは、内層と外層のみから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記流体が液体であり、好ましくは冷却液、特に好ましくは水-アルコール混合物、特に水-グリコール混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記流体輸送パイプが、平滑パイプ又は波形パイプの形で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 前記流体輸送パイプが、内層及び外層のための成形材料から、共押出、ブロー成形及び射出成形によって、好ましくは共押出によって製造されるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプ。
- 液体、好ましくは水溶液、特に好ましくは冷却液、特に水-アルコール混合物を供給するための、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送パイプの使用。
- 前記流体輸送パイプが、モーターにおける又はバッテリーにおける流体の供給のために、特に電動の乗り物のために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の使用。
