Claims (9)
- ねじ込み結合部を締め付ける、好ましくは管路構成要素を結合する方法であって、
締め付けられるべき前記ねじ込み結合部は、雄ねじ山を有する結合要素ユニットと、雌ねじ山を有する結合要素ユニットと、これらの間に配置されたシール要素とを有し、以下のステップ、すなわち、
・前記シール要素に接触し、前記シール要素を圧縮する開始点に達するまで、前記雌ねじ山を有する結合要素ユニットと前記雄ねじ山を有する結合要素ユニットとを接近させ、その際に、前記シール要素は、前記結合要素ユニットのうちの少なくとも1つの結合要素ユニットの表面にまたは内側に配置されていて、他方の前記結合要素ユニットに接触させられる、ステップと、
・好ましくは請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置を用いて、所定の閾値に達するまで、前記雌ねじ山を有する結合要素ユニットと前記雄ねじ山を有する結合要素ユニットとを締め付ける、ステップと、

前記シール要素を圧縮する開始点と前記閾値とを、前記ねじ込み結合部の当接および締付け中に、発生する回転角とトルクとの関係の変化に基づいて確定することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記シール要素を圧縮する開始点に達するまで、トルクはほとんど必要とされず、したがって、トルク−回転角線図における曲線の勾配が、ほぼ無限に急峻な勾配で推移するまたはy方向の回転角の軸に対して略平行に推移することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記シール要素を圧縮する開始点に達してからトルクが必要とされ、前記回転角とトルクとの関係は、前記シール要素を圧縮する開始点に達してから大きく変化する、または前記トルク−回転角線図における曲線の勾配が大きく低下し、前記回転角とトルクとの関係または前記トルク−回転角線図における曲線の勾配が、前記シール要素を圧縮する開始点に達してからは好ましくは略直線的な推移を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記閾値に達してからの前記回転角とトルクとの関係は、前記閾値に達する前の前記回転角とトルクとの関係と比べて変化し、その際、前記閾値に達してからの前記トルク−回転角線図における曲線の勾配は、前記閾値に達する前の前記曲線と比べて大きく低下することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記回転角とトルクとの関係を、アルゴリズムを用いて確定することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記回転角とトルクとの関係を確定するための前記アルゴリズムは、前記回転角(DW)/トルク(DM)の確定された比が、先行する測定値の比に対して少なくとも±10%、好ましくは±20%相違するときに、前記曲線の変向点ひいては前記シール要素を圧縮する開始点または前記閾値の到達を検出するものであることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 好ましくは請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法に基づく、管路構成要素のねじ込み結合部を締め付ける装置であって、
前記装置は、基体とフックインサートとを備え、該基体内には、生じているまたは使用されるトルクを求めるためのトルク測定センサと、位置および位置変化を求めるためのセンサ、好ましくは回転角を求めるためのジャイロスコープと、識別装置と、螺合を特定するデータを格納するためのメモリ要素と、検出されたデータを伝送するための送信器とが配置されている、装置において、
