通过钩形插入件上的代码,装置自动将其自身设置为存储在代码中的值。因此,例如,限定的螺纹连接尺寸的对应值自动地预设在装置上,由此当螺纹连接被充分拧紧时,其于是自动地传递给操作者。因为操作者不必在装置自身上输入值,而是一切都自动运行,所以可以避免安装错误。
已经证明是,如果该装置包括用于确定地理位置的测量装置,优选地是GPS接收器,则是有利的。因此可以准确地确定螺纹连接的安装位置,并且这些数据可以传递到对应的现场平面图中,以便之后也可以精确地显示该螺纹连接位于哪里,因为通常这种连接埋在街道下面或是在几米高的天花板中,在该位置很难接近它们而只能非常费力地理解其如何被安装和/或其是否正确安装。此外,还可以在螺纹连接上布置芯片或另一代码,以便还经由装置将其输入,并在现场平面图中记录螺纹连接或另一配件的数据,并用安装数据管理它们。这有助于维修和维护工作的情况,因为在街道被拆除或生产设施停止之前,已经知道安装了什么以及如何安装。这些数据也可以集中收集并相应地再次检索。由于不同数据的集中收集,所以不同的信息项也可以根据操作者的要求链接并显示在显示装置上。
作为另一个可能的实施例,存在这样的选项:该装置包括用于材料检测的传感器,优选地是颜色传感器,由此可以确定螺纹连接的颜色和/或螺纹连接的塑料。这与钩形插入件上的代码相结合地精确地指定给装置:哪个螺纹连接被拧紧,因为代码包括螺纹连接的尺寸,并且待拧到一起的螺纹连接的进一步的数据和颜色允许装置检测螺纹连接包括哪种塑料。所有这些数据用于限定作为旋转角度的函数的所需扭矩,其已经在装置中存储在存储器中。当然,这些数据也可以通过根据本发明的装置集中收集和自动查询。
可替代地,钩形插入件也可以具有与螺纹连接的材料相关联的不同颜色,由此钩形插入件上的代码也将这些数据发送到装置,并且操作者已经在选择具有对应颜色的钩形插入物时遇到螺纹连接的材料和/或塑料分配。
操作者接收来自装置的信号,无论它们是声学的、触觉的还是视觉的,其向操作者指示达到待确定的点,例如压缩起始点和阈值。完整安装和/或扭矩 — 旋转角度图中的测量曲线被记录和存储,并且还可以发送到智能电话、平板电脑、计算机或其他视觉介质并且可以存储。
所有可能的实施例可以彼此自由组合,并且方法特征也适用于该装置,并且反之亦然。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的图示出了在扭矩 — 旋转角度图中拧紧螺纹连接的顺序。在直到压缩起始点A的下部区域中,可以很好地看到几乎竖直的或相对于Y轴平行的曲线轮廓。这表明在那里几乎不发生任何扭矩,因为没有阻力或仅由于螺纹存在并且需要扭矩来转动连接元件单元6直到接触密封元件7。当然,也可以想到其他密封元件,例如扁平密封件或其他密封元件,并且还可以使用除图2中所示的之外的其他结构形式的螺纹连接。一旦具有内螺纹的连接元件单元6(其布置在单独的螺母8中)通过凸缘9的端面与密封件7接触,则电阻增大并且扭矩DM相对于执行的旋转角度DW增加,如从压缩起始点A可以看出。从那时起,扭矩的优选线性增加因此相对于所执行的旋转角度以恒定的比率延伸。因此,在达到压缩起始点A之后,曲线的斜率显著减小。在达到阈值B时,再次发生扭矩和旋转角度之间的比率和/或曲线的斜率的变化,因为在此点处,一个连接元件单元接触另一个并且不仅是如在开始时的密封元件7,而且一个连接元件单元5的一个端面紧靠另一个连接元件单元6的另一个端面。从那时起,应注意到扭矩DM的大幅度增加,其中安装通常在达到阈值B时终止。图3中示出了螺纹连接4的替代设计,其可以使用根据本发明的方法拧紧,其中,在该设计中,内螺纹不设置在凸缘上的单独实施的螺母中,而是与具有外螺纹5的连接元件单元的情况一样形成为一件。示出用于螺纹连接的可能设计的这些实施例并非是详尽的,而是示出的螺纹连接4用于指示许多可能的变型,因为本发明也是用于拧紧螺纹连接4的方法和对应装置1,并且不是螺纹连接4本身的精确设计。
在图4中示意性地示出的装置1仅用于提供装置1的粗略印象,并且壳体2表示钩形插入件3是可适应的。显示器有助于操作,但是也可以想到显示器可以用智能电话代替,并且所有说明都可以类似地显示在那里。数据传输可以使用或不使用电缆进行。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于拧紧螺纹连接的方法,优选地用于连接管道部件,其中待拧紧的螺纹连接包括具有外螺纹的连接元件单元、具有内螺纹的连接元件单元以及设置在其间的密封元件,其中该方法包括以下步骤:
●转动具有内螺纹或外螺纹的连接元件单元直到接触密封元件并且达到密封元件的压缩起始点,其中密封元件布置在连接元件单元中的至少一个上或其中并且接触另一个连接元件单元;
●优选地使用根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的装置将具有内螺纹或外螺纹的连接元件单元拧紧直到预定阈值,其特征在于,基于在螺纹连接的转动和拧紧期间旋转角度和扭矩之间出现的比率变化来确定密封元件的压缩起始点和阈值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在达到密封元件的压缩起始点之前几乎不施加扭矩,并且因此扭矩 — 旋转角度图中的曲线的斜率几乎无限地陡峭地和/或大致平行于沿y方向的旋转角度轴线延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,从达到密封元件的压缩起始点起施加扭矩,其中在旋转角度和扭矩之间出现的比率从达到压缩起始点起显著变化和/或在扭矩 — 旋转角度图中的曲线的斜率显著减小,其中旋转角度和扭矩之间的比率或者扭矩 — 旋转角度图中的曲线的斜率优选地从达到密封元件的压缩起始点起大致线性地延伸。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,与达到阈值之前的旋转角度和扭矩之间的比率相比,从达到阈值起旋转角度和扭矩之间的比率变化,其中相对于达到阈值之前的曲线的轮廓,扭矩/旋转角度图中的曲线的斜率从达到阈值起大幅度减小。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过算法确定旋转角度和扭矩之间的比率。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,用于确定旋转角度和扭矩之间的比率的算法如下所示:如果确定的旋转角度(DW)/扭矩(DM)的比率相对于先前测量值相差至少+/-10%,优选+/- 20%,则建立曲线的拐点并因此达到压缩起始点或阈值。
7.一种用于拧紧管道部件的螺纹连接的装置,优选地根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述装置包括主体,其中布置有用于确定主要或施加的扭矩的扭矩测量传感器、用于确定位置和位置变化的传感器、优选地是用于确定旋转角度的陀螺仪、检测装置、用于存储螺纹连接特定数据的存储元件以及用于发送所获取的数据的发送器;以及钩形插入件,其特征在于,钩形插入件可替换地布置在主体上,其中钩形插入件包括代码,并且在钩形插入件联接时由主体上的传感器获取代码并且螺纹连接特定数据被自动设置在装置上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括用于确定地理位置的测量装置,优选地是GPS接收器。
9.根据权利要求7或8中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括用于材料检测的传感器,优选地是颜色传感器,其中所述材料、优选地是螺纹连接的塑料能通过检测螺纹连接的颜色来确定。
