Abstract
Description
最初に本開示の実施態様を列挙して説明する。また、以下に記載する実施形態の少なくとも一部を任意に組み合わせてもよい。
本発明をその実施形態を示す図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。本開示の実施形態に係る電気接続箱を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
電気接続箱100はヒューズが挿着される、所謂ヒューズボックスであり、車両に搭載される。
また、第2挿入穴列R2は、各挿入穴12の長寸方向が開放口11の短手方向と交差し、各挿入穴12が開放口11の長手方向に並んでいる。即ち、第2挿入穴列R2においては、各挿入穴12が短辺を隣り合わせて、開放口11の長手方向に複数並設されている。
また、本実施形態に係る電気接続箱100では、3つの列のうち、1つの列(第2挿入穴列R2)では、各挿入穴12の長寸方向が開放口11の短手方向と交差するように設けられている。従って、3つの列の全てにて各挿入穴12の長寸方向が開放口11の短手方向と平行する配置の場合に比べて、開放口11の短手方向における挿着筐体10の寸法を小さくすることができ、コンパクト化を図ることができる。
本実施形態はこれに限定されるものでなく、3箇所以下の把持部222が設けられてもよく、5箇所以上の把持部222が設けられても良い。

Claims (4)
- 一側に矩形の開放口を有し、夫々にヒューズが挿入される矩形状の挿入穴が前記開放口に面して複数設けられた挿着筐体を備える、車両用の電気接続箱において、
各挿入穴が長辺を隣り合わせて、前記開放口の長手方向に複数並設された第1挿入穴列と、
各挿入穴が短辺を隣り合わせて、前記開放口の長手方向に複数並設された第2挿入穴列とを有する電気接続箱。 - 前記挿着筐体の外側に、前記開放口を囲う一壁部と対向配置された基板を備え、
前記第1挿入穴列は前記基板から近い位置に設けられ、
前記第2挿入穴列は前記基板から遠い位置に設けられている請求項1に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記開放口と反対側の前記挿着筐体の反対側面に設けられ、前記挿着筐体を内外に連通させる貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔を介して一端部が前記挿着筐体内に挿入され、各ヒューズを前記基板に接続させる複数のヒューズ端子と、
前記反対側面に設けられ、前記ヒューズ端子の挿入を案内する案内部とを備える請求項2に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記挿着筐体の前記一壁部と対向する他壁部を覆う平板部を備え、
前記開放口の短手方向において、前記他壁部から前記平板部までの距離は、前記一壁部から前記基板までの距離よりも短い請求項2に記載の電気接続箱。
