Abstract
Description
国際公開第2018/069066号から、プラスチック部品、特にバンパの上又は中に複数のマイクロメカニカル加速度センサを配置するための方法と、対応するプラスチック部品、特にバンパとが公知である。
本発明は、独立請求項に記載の、繊維複合材部品を試験するための方法と、対応する装置と、対応するコンピュータプログラムと、対応する機械可読記憶媒体とを提供する。
本発明の1つの態様は、繊維複合材部品を試験するための方法であって、繊維複合材部品は、当該繊維複合材部品に組み込まれたセンサ装置を有し、センサ装置は、センサモジュールを有する可撓性の回路支持体を有し、当該方法は、特に繊維複合材部品の試験位置に試験インパルスを導入することにより、繊維複合材部品に試験振動を与えるステップと、センサ装置によって応答信号を検出するステップと、応答信号を基準信号と比較するステップとを有する、方法である。
以下においては、本発明の好ましい実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
Claims (7)
- 繊維複合材部品(2)、特に車両用の車体部品を試験するための方法(600)であって、
前記繊維複合材部品(2)は、当該繊維複合材部品(2)に組み込まれたセンサ装置(1)を有し、前記センサ装置(1)は、センサモジュール(4)、特に加速度を検出するためのマイクロメカニカルセンサモジュールを有する可撓性の回路支持体(3)を備える、方法において、
特に前記繊維複合材部品(2)の試験位置に試験インパルスを導入することにより、前記繊維複合材部品(2)に試験振動を与えるステップ(601)と、
前記センサ装置(1)によって応答信号(6b)を検出するステップ(602)と、
前記応答信号(6b)を基準信号(6a)と比較するステップ(603)と、
を有する、方法(600)。 - 特に前記繊維複合材部品(2)の新品状態において、特に前記繊維複合材部品(2)の基準位置に基準インパルスを導入することにより、前記繊維複合材部品(2)に基準振動を与え、
前記基準振動を、前記センサ装置(1)によって検出し、
検出された信号又は検出された信号から導出された信号を基準信号(6a)とする
ことによって、前記基準信号(6a)を生成する、
請求項1に記載の方法(600)。 - 前記基準インパルスは、実質的に前記試験インパルスに等しい、
請求項2に記載の方法(600)。 - 前記基準位置は、実質的に前記試験位置に対応する、
請求項2又は3に記載の方法(600)。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法(600)の全てのステップを実施するように構成された装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法(600)の全てのステップを実施するために構成されたコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項6に記載のコンピュータプログラムが記憶された機械可読記憶媒体。
