Claims (4)
- 内方に電気接続箇所を有し、かつ、前記電気接続箇所に関わる作業を実施可能な開口部を有する収容部品と、
前記開口部を塞ぐカバー部材と、
前記カバー部材の前記開口部に対する開位置と閉位置との間で回動可能なヒンジ構造体と、
を備え、
前記ヒンジ構造体は、前記収容部品と前記カバー部材の内の一方に設けた回動軸と、前記収容部品と前記カバー部材の内の他方に設け、前記回動軸を前記回動軸の軸線上で互いに間隔を空けて回動可能に軸支する2つの軸受と、を備え、
それぞれの前記軸受は、前記回動軸の外周面を回動可能に軸支する軸受部が設けられた軸受体と、前記回動軸を前記軸線に対する交差方向に沿って前記軸受部まで挿入させる挿入口と、を有し、
それぞれの前記挿入口は、前記軸線に対する直交方向で互いに逆向きに開口させることを特徴とした電気接続箇所のカバー構造。 - それぞれの前記軸受部は、前記回動軸の前記外周面に沿う円弧状の軸受面を有し、
それぞれの前記軸受体は、前記軸受面の径方向の外側に向けた弾性域内での撓みが可能な可撓性を有し、
それぞれの前記挿入口は、前記回動軸の直径よりも小さくなるように形成することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の電気接続箇所のカバー構造。 - それぞれの前記軸受は、前記軸受部で軸支されている前記回動軸を前記挿入口側で係止する係止体を有し、
それぞれの前記挿入口は、前記軸受部の端部と前記係止体の端部との間に形成することを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の電気接続箇所のカバー構造。 - 前記ヒンジ構造体は、それぞれの前記軸受の間に、それぞれの前記軸受部で軸支されている前記回動軸を前記軸線に対する直交方向で挟み込み、それぞれの前記挿入口に向けた前記回動軸の動きを規制する一対の規制体を備えることを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載の電気接続箇所のカバー構造。
