- 個人の喫煙者ステータスを特定するためのコンピュータ化した方法であって、前記方法は、

分類子を使用して、前記遺伝子シグネチャに対する前記定量的な発現データに基づくスコアを決定することであって、前記分類子が訓練データセットに基づき訓練され、各訓練データセットが前記遺伝子シグネチャに対するそれぞれの定量的発現データ、およびそれぞれの被験者のそれぞれの喫煙者ステータスを含む、決定することと、
前記スコアに基づき前記個人の前記喫煙者ステータスを特定すること
とを含む、方法。 - 前記データセットに基づく前記個人の前記スコアを前記個人についての以前のデータセットの以前のスコアと比較して、喫煙製品の代替品の前記個人に対する効果を決定することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記喫煙製品の前記代替品が加熱式たばこ製品である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱式タバコ製品の効果が、前記個人による前記加熱式たばこ製品の使用開始後0〜5日の間の前記データセットにおけるLRRN3発現の減少であるかどうかを決定することをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記喫煙製品の前記代替品の前記個人に対する前記効果に基づき、前記個人の前記喫煙者ステータスを更新することをさらに含む、請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記遺伝子シグネチャが、IGJ、RRM2、SERPING1、FUCA1、およびID3のうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- コンピュータ可読指示を含むコンピュータプログラムであって、実行時に請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法の1つ以上の工程をプロセッサに実行させる、コンピュータプログラム。
