Abstract
Description
ット弁3を備えた磁性体で形成された可動コア4がコイル状のスプリング5により閉方向に付勢されているとともに電磁コイル6を巻回した固定コア7のガイドスリーブ8内に摺動可能に備えられており、常時は前記固定コア7と可動コア4との間に架設した圧縮コイルのスプリング5により主弁2が弁座13に押圧しているとともにパイロット弁3の弁体31が主弁2の縦方向に貫通したパイロット弁孔21に押圧して前記燃料搬送路の入力ポ
ート11と出力ポート12間を遮断する常閉式である。
、その際に発生する摩耗粉により主弁2のシール不良が生じ、ついには主弁2とパイロット弁3との連結部が破損して主弁2の開閉が困難になるという問題がある。
ット式電磁弁において、前記電磁コイルへの電磁力が全開時に前記主弁に形成された接触部が前記ガイドスリーブの被接触部に接触して基端方向への移動を規制されるとともに前記パイロット弁がその基端を前記固定コアに接触させない状態に吸引保持されることを特徴とする。
Claims (2)
- 弁本体部における燃料搬送路の入力ポートと出力ポート間に形成した弁座を開閉する主弁と前記主弁の基端側に所定の距離だけ単独で軸線方向に移動可能に連結されたパイロット弁を備えた可動コアが、スプリングにより閉方向に付勢されているとともに電磁コイルを巻回した固定コアのガイドスリーブ内に摺動可能に備えられており、前記電磁コイルへの通電で前記電磁コイルに磁気回路を形成して固定コアを電磁化し、初めに前記可動コアのパイロット弁を吸引させて前記主弁に形成したパイロット弁孔を開放して前記電磁コイルの電磁力が前記燃料搬送路に形成した入力ポートと出力ポートの差圧を超えたときに主弁を開くパイロット式電磁弁において、
前記電磁コイルへの電磁力が全開時に前記主弁に形成された接触部が前記ガイドスリーブの被接触部に接触して基端方向への移動を規制されるとともに前記パイロット弁がその基端を前記固定コアに接触させない状態に吸引保持されることを特徴とするパイロット式電磁弁。 - 前記主弁に形成されている接触部が先端方向に拡大するテーパー状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイロット式電磁弁。
