Description
Claims (7)
- 木造用の湿式における外張り断熱構造であって、
木造の柱及び/又は間柱と、
前記木造の柱及び/又は間柱の外壁側に設けられた断熱材と、
前記断熱材の外壁側に設けられたポリマーセメントモルタルと、
前記ポリマーセメントモルタルの外壁側に設けられたタイルからなり、
前記断熱材は、無機質材料を含み、
前記ポリマーセメントモルタル及び前記タイルは、有機質材料を含有する接着剤を介して貼り付けられることを特徴とする外張り断熱構造。 - 前記断熱材は、塩化ビニル樹脂、炭酸カルシウム及びタルクを主成分とする発泡板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外張り断熱構造。
- 前記塩化ビニル樹脂、炭酸カルシウム及びタルクの質量比は1:0.4〜0.6:0.4〜0.6であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の外張り断熱構造。
- 前記接着剤と接する前記タイル面の凹凸の深さは、7mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の外張り断熱構造。
- 前記接着剤は、シリコーン又はエポキシ樹脂からなり、厚み3〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の外張り断熱構造。
- 前記ポリマーセメントモルタル中には、さらにメッシュを含み、前記断熱材及び前記タイルが貼り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の外張り断熱構造。
- 前記タイルに代えて塗り壁からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の外張り断熱構造。
