Abstract
Description
ねじ締付時におけるねじ部材の回転角度とねじ締付のトルクを検出し、前記回転角度に対する前記トルクのトルク増大率から該ねじ部材の座面の仮想着座点を求め、該仮想着座点から所定回転角度まで前記ねじ部材を締付けるねじ締付装置において、予め設定された前記ねじ部材の回転角度所定値毎に前記ねじ締付時のトルク変動値を検出するトルク変動値検出手段と、前記トルク変動値検出手段で検出された所定回数分の前記トルク変動値の平均値又は該トルク変動値の傾向から前記ねじ部材のスリップを検出するスリップ検出手段と、前記スリップ検出手段で前記ねじ部材のスリップが検出された場合に前記ねじ締付を停止するねじ締付停止手段とを備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- ねじ締付時におけるねじ部材の回転角度とねじ締付のトルクを検出し、前記回転角度に対する前記トルクのトルク増大率から該ねじ部材の座面の仮想着座点を求め、該仮想着座点から所定回転角度まで前記ねじ部材を締付けるねじ締付装置において、
予め設定された前記ねじ部材の回転角度所定値毎に前記ねじ締付時のトルク変動値を検出するトルク変動値検出手段と、
前記トルク変動値検出手段で検出された所定回数分の前記トルク変動値の平均値又は該トルク変動値の傾向から前記ねじ部材のスリップを検出するスリップ検出手段と、
前記スリップ検出手段で前記ねじ部材のスリップが検出された場合に前記ねじ締付を停止するねじ締付停止手段とを備えたことを特徴とするねじ締付装置。 - 前記スリップ検出手段は、
前記所定回数分のトルク変動値の移動平均値を算出する移動平均値算出手段と、
前記移動平均値算出手段で算出された前記トルク変動値の移動平均値が予め設定された所定値以下である場合に前記ねじ部材のスリップが生じたと判定するスリップ判定手段とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ締付装置。 - 前記スリップ検出手段は、前記所定回数分のトルク変動値が予め設定された所定繰り返し数以上連続して前記トルクの減少傾向を示す場合に前記ねじ部材のスリップが生じたと判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ締付装置。
- 前記所定回数は変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のねじ締付装置。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のねじ締付装置を用いたねじ締付方法。
