Claims (4)
- アウターチューブと、
前記アウターチューブ内に摺動自在に挿入されるインナーチューブと、
前記アウターチューブ内に設けられて前記インナーチューブに出入りするシリンダと、
前記インナーチューブの先端部に設けられる筒状のケースと、
前記シリンダの外周に軸方向へ移動可能に装着されて前記ケースに出入り可能な環状のロックピースと、
前記シリンダの外周に前記ロックピースと軸方向に並べて配置され、前記ロックピースを付勢するばねとを備えている
ことを特徴とするフロントフォーク。 - 前記アウターチューブの一端開口を塞ぐ底部には、前記ロックピースが離着座可能な弁座が設けられ、
前記ロックピースは、前記ばねで前記弁座へ向けて付勢されており、
前記ロックピースが前記ケース内へ挿入された状態で前記弁座から離座すると、前記ロックピースと前記シリンダとの間に形成される通路が開き、前記ロックピースと前記アウターチューブとの間に形成される液圧ロック室と前記ケースの内側が前記通路により連通される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフロントフォーク。 - 前記ロックピースのばね側の端部には、凹部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフロントフォーク。 - 前記ばねは、環状の波形ばねである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のフロントフォーク。
