Abstract
Description

Claims (12)
- 患者(29)の検査の際に用いるX線装置(2)用の患者支持装置であって、
患者ベッド(10)と、該患者ベッド(10)を支持する少なくとも1つの支持体(6)とを備え、
前記患者ベッド(10)は、X線透過性の第1の材料(12)を、X線透過性の第2の材料からなる少なくとも部分的に可撓性のカバー(11)内に包含して備え、
前記第1の材料(12)は、固体状の形状的に安定した安定状態と、変形可能状態、特に、少なくとも部分的に液体か気体又はその両方の状態、とをもち、これら2つの状態が可逆的な相転移によって連係し、
エネルギー投入とエネルギー放出のいずれか又は両方によって、前記第1の材料(12)の前記2つの状態間の前記相転移のうちの少なくとも一方を誘起するために、少なくとも1つの誘起装置(14,15)を更に備える、患者支持装置。 - 前記第2の材料は、前記誘起装置(14,15)によって利用される前記第1の材料(12)の前記状態に対して相安定である、請求項1に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記第1の材料(12)は、前記変形可能状態において粘性であるか、水であるか、潜熱蓄熱材料、特に酢酸ナトリウム三水和物を含むか、発泡材を含み、前記第2の材料は、少なくとも1種のプラスチックを含むか、該プラスチックであり、又はこれらのいずれかが組み合わせて用いられる、請求項1又は2に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記第1の材料(12)及び前記第2の材料は、X線に対して実質的に同じ減衰性を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記第2の材料は、前記相転移のときに生じる体積変化を補償するためか、前記第1の材料(12)の材料厚さの均一分布を促進するためか、又はその両方のために、弾性をもつか、又は、形状安定化のために提供された、前記第1の材料(12)のための貫通孔を有する少なくとも1つのブリッジ材(18)を備えるか、又は、所定のヒンジ箇所のみが可撓性であるか、又は、これらのいずれかが組み合わされている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記誘起装置(14,15)は、熱、冷却、電流の1つ以上によって前記エネルギー投入又は前記エネルギー放出をもたらすように構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記患者ベッド(10)に対する準備装置(21)を備え、
該準備装置(21)は、
前記患者ベッド(10)に対する少なくとも1つの支承面部(28)と、
該支承面部(28)に作用する少なくとも1つの調節機構(25)とを備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置。 - 前記調節機構(25)の少なくとも1つは、前記支承面部(28)の一部分(24)を、これに隣接する前記支持面(28)の部分(24)に対して曲げるためのヒンジ(26)である、請求項7に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記準備装置(21)が手術台又は架台(22)である、請求項7又は8に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記患者ベッド(10)は、前記変形可能状態において患者(29)の片脚ごとに独立して調節するために、脚部領域(19)において、長手方向に延在する切り込み(20)を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記支持体(6)が、特に少なくとも1つの支柱(7)として形成され、少なくとも高さ調節可能である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(1)の前記患者ベッド(10)を調節する方法であって、
前記第1の材料(12)の前記変形可能状態を、特に相転移の誘起によって確引き起こすステップと、
前記患者ベッド(10)を、特に前記支持体(6)から取り外した状態で変形させるステップと、
前記第1の材料(12)の前記安定状態を、特に相転移の誘起によって確立するステップとを含む、方法。
