ここで、φは、出射口28の開口寸法を示し、ρは、アシストガスの粘性係数を示し、VSは、出力データVVと開口寸法φから求められるアシストガスの流速VSを示す。このように、制御部82は、測定器84の出力データVVから、演算によって、第1の極大点32の位置x1を取得する位置取得部86として機能する。

Claims (8)
- レーザ光の光軸に沿ってアシストガスの噴流を出射する出射口を有するノズルであって、前記噴流の速度の極大点を前記出射口から離れた位置に形成するノズルと、
前記噴流の前記速度を測定する測定器と、
前記測定器の出力データに基づいて前記極大点の位置を表す情報を取得する位置取得部と、を備える、レーザ加工システム。 - 前記測定器は、前記噴流に沿って連続的に前記速度を測定し、
前記位置取得部は、前記測定器が出力する連続した前記出力データのピーク値を前記情報として取得する、請求項1に記載のレーザ加工システム。 - 前記噴流の流れ方向の前方に配置されるダミーワークをさらに備え、
前記測定器は、前記出射口と前記ダミーワークとの間で前記速度を測定する、請求項1又は2に記載のレーザ加工システム。 - 前記測定器は、
前記噴流の前記速度を接触式に測定する熱線流速計、又は、
前記噴流の前記速度を非接触式に測定するレーザ流速計を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工システム。 - 前記ノズルとワークとを相対的に移動させる移動機構と、
前記移動機構を制御して、前記ノズルを前記ワークに対し、前記情報に基づいて定められる目標位置に配置する移動制御部と、をさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工システム。 - ノズルの出射口から出射されたガスの噴流の速度を、前記噴流に沿って連続的に測定する測定器と、
前記測定器が出力する連続した出力データのピーク値を、前記出射口から離れた位置に形成される前記噴流の前記速度の極大点の位置を表す情報として取得する位置取得部と、を備える、噴流観測装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工システムを用いてワークをレーザ加工する方法であって、
ワークの加工部位に対して前記ノズルを、前記情報に基づいて定められる目標位置に配置した状態で、前記ノズルの前記出射口から前記噴流を出射するとともに、前記レーザ光により前記ワークを加工する、方法。 - ノズルの出射口から出射されたガスの噴流の速度を、前記噴流に沿って連続的に測定し、
連続的に測定して得たデータのピーク値を、前記出射口から離れた位置に形成される前記噴流の前記速度の極大点の位置を表す情報として取得する、噴流観測方法。
