2-2. Upper Fixing Member As shown in FIG. 2, the upper fixing member 7 is a member for fixing the upper end portions of the pair of wall panels 2 to the ceiling 100. The upper fixing member 7 is made of, for example, metal. The upper fixing member 7 is installed between the upper end portions of the pair of wall panels 2 over the entire length in the left-right direction. The upper fixing member 7 has the same length as the wall panel 2 in the left-right direction. Note that the upper fixing member 7 may be composed of a plurality of piece members arranged at intervals in the left-right direction.

The upper fixing member 7 has a U-shape that opens downward in a side view. The upper fixing member 7 includes a rectangular plate-shaped upper fixing portion 70 fixed to the ceiling 100, a rectangular plate-shaped front fixing portion 71 extending downward from the front end of the upper fixing portion 70, And a rectangular plate-shaped rear fixing portion 72 extending downward from the rear end. The front fixing portion 71 and the rear fixing portion 72 are parallel to each other. An acoustic insulator 90 is attached to each of the front surface of the front fixing portion 71 and the rear surface of the rear fixing portion 72. The acoustic insulator 90 is a member having sound insulation performance. The acoustic insulator 90 is a sheet-like member formed of, for example, glass wool.

The upper fixing member 7 is fixed to the ceiling 100 by driving a fixing tool 73 such as a screw into the upper fixing portion 70 so as to reach the ceiling 100.

The upper end of the panel body P1 of the front wall panel 2 is fixed to the front fixing portion 71 with the screw 12. The upper end of the panel body P <b> 1 of the rear wall panel 2 is fixed to the rear fixing portion 72 with the screw 12. Acoustic insulation is provided between the front fixing portion 71 and the upper end of the panel body P1 of the front wall panel 2 and between the rear fixing portion 72 and the upper end of the panel body P1 of the rear wall panel 2. The body 90 is interposed. Thereby, transmission of sound between the front and rear wall panels 2 via the upper fixing member 7 is suppressed.

2-3. Lower fixing member The lower fixing member 8 is a member for fixing the lower end portions of the pair of wall panels 2 to the floor 101. The lower fixing member 8 is made of, for example, metal. The lower fixing member 8 is installed between the lower end portions of the pair of wall panels 2 over the entire length in the left-right direction. The lower fixing member 8 has the same length as the wall panel 2 in the left-right direction. In addition, the lower fixing member 8 may be configured by a plurality of piece members arranged at intervals in the left-right direction.

The lower fixing member 8 has a U-shape that opens upward in a side view. The lower fixing member 8 includes a rectangular plate-shaped lower fixing portion 80 fixed to the floor 101, a rectangular plate-shaped front fixing portion 81 extending upward from a front end of the lower fixing portion 80, and a lower fixing portion 80. And a rectangular plate-shaped rear fixing portion 82 extending upward from the rear end. The front fixing part 81 and the rear fixing part 82 are parallel to each other. An acoustic insulator 90 is attached to each of the front surface of the front fixing portion 81 and the rear surface of the rear fixing portion 82.

The lower fixing member 8 is fixed to the floor 101 by driving a fixing tool 83 such as a screw into the lower fixing portion 80 so as to reach the floor 101.

The lower end of the panel body P <b> 1 of the front wall panel 2 is fixed to the front fixing portion 81 with the screw 12. The lower end of the panel body P <b> 1 of the rear wall panel 2 is fixed to the rear fixing part 82 with the screw 12. Acoustic insulation is provided between the front fixing portion 81 and the lower end of the panel body P1 of the front wall panel 2 and between the rear fixing portion 82 and the lower end of the panel body P1 of the rear wall panel 2. The body 90 is interposed. Thus, transmission of sound between the front and rear wall panels 2 via the lower fixing member 8 is suppressed.

2-4. Connecting material The connecting material 9 is a horizontally long member, and each of the plurality of panel bodies P1 of the front and rear wall panels 2 is connected.

The connecting member 9 is disposed between the pair of wall panels 2 over the entire length in the left-right direction. The connecting member 9 is a light iron square pipe. The longitudinal length of the connecting member 9 is the same as the longitudinal length of the fixing members 7 and 8.

An acoustic insulator 90 is attached to the front and rear surfaces of the connecting member 9. The acoustic insulator 90 covers the entire front and rear surfaces of the connecting member 9.

Each of the plurality of panel bodies P1 of the front wall panel 2 is fixed to the connecting member 9 with screws 12, and each of the plurality of panel bodies P1 of the rear wall panel 2 is fixed with screws 12. In the present embodiment, the left and right ends of the middle part in the vertical direction of each of the plurality of panel bodies P1 are fixed to the connecting member 9 with screws 12.

Since each of the plurality of panel bodies P1 is fixed to the connecting member 9, warpage of each of the plurality of panel bodies P1 is suppressed. That is, it is suppressed that each panel body P1 bends so that the middle part in the up-down direction is shifted in the front-rear direction as compared with the upper and lower ends. Thereby, it is suppressed that a problem occurs in a state where the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520 of the pair of panel bodies P1 arranged on the left and right are fitted. Further, since the plurality of panel bodies P1 of the front and rear wall panels 2 are connected via the connecting member 9, the rigidity of the partition wall 1 is increased.

2-5. 3. Others As shown in FIG. 3, the wall panel 2 further includes a refractory packing 13 and an airtight packing 14 which are located between a pair of panel bodies P1 arranged in the left and right directions. In the present embodiment, the refractory packing 13 is located on the front side (front side) of the airtight packing 14.

The refractory packing 13 is, for example, rock wool felt containing thermally expanded graphite. The refractory packing 13 is formed by a flat plate portion 511 on the front side of the first side plate portion 51 of the metal skin 5 of the right panel body P1 and a flat plate portion 521 on the front side of the second side plate portion 52 of the metal skin 5 of the left panel body P1. It is installed in a crushed state. As shown in FIG. 4B, the refractory packing 13 is adhered, for example, to the left surface of the flat plate portion 511 on the front side of the first side plate portion 51 of the metal outer cover 5 over the entire length in the vertical direction.

The airtight packing 14 is, for example, a sealing material having a closed cell structure based on polyvinyl chloride. As shown in FIG. 3, the hermetic packing 14 includes a tip end surface of the ridge portion 510 of the first side plate portion 51 of the metal outer skin 5 of the right panel body P1 and a second side plate portion of the metal outer skin 5 of the left panel body P1. It is installed in a state where it is crushed between the inner bottom surface of the concave streak portion 520 of FIG. As shown in FIG. 4C, for example, the airtight packing 14 is adhered to the inner bottom surface (the surface facing right) of the concave ridge portion 520 of the second side plate portion 52 of the metal outer cover 5 over the entire length in the vertical direction.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the wall panel 2 further has a wallpaper 15 to be stuck to a front surface (front surface) of the plurality of facing gypsum boards 6. The wallpaper 15 covers the entire front side surface of the plurality of overlay gypsum boards 6.

The partition wall 1 further includes a skirting board 16 installed on the front side (front side) of the lower end portion of the wallpaper 15. The length of the baseboard 16 in the left-right direction is the same as the length of the wallpaper 15 in the left-right direction (that is, the sum of the lengths of the plurality of overlay gypsum boards 6 in the left-right direction).

3. Installation Method of Partition Wall Next, an example of an installation method of the partition wall 1 will be described.

First, the upper fixing member 7 is fixed to the place where the partition wall 1 of the ceiling 100 is provided by the fixing tool 73, and the lower fixing member 8 is fixed to the place where the partition wall 1 of the floor 101 is provided by the fixing tool 83. The upper fixing member 7 and the lower fixing member 8 are installed so as to face up and down and to be parallel to each other.

Next, a plurality of panel bodies P1 are arranged in front of the upper and lower fixing members 7, 8 in the left-right direction. At this time, each of the plurality of panel bodies P1 is disposed such that the underlaying gypsum board 4 constitutes a front surface (front surface) of the panel body P1. Then, the plurality of panel bodies P1 are arranged such that the two panel bodies P1 arranged side by side fit the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520.

Next, the lower ends of the plurality of panel members P1 are fixed to the front fixing portion 81 of the lower fixing member 8 with the screws 12 driven from the front side, and the upper ends of the plurality of panel members P1 are driven from the front side. It is fixed to the front fixing portion 71 of the upper fixing member 7 by the female screw 12.

Next, the connecting member 9 is arranged on the rear side of the middle part of the plurality of panel bodies P1 in the vertical direction, and each of the plurality of panel bodies P1 is moved by the plurality of screws 12 driven from the front side of the plurality of panel bodies P1. It is fixed to the connecting member 9.

Next, a plurality of overlay gypsum boards 6 are arranged on the front surface (front surface) of the plurality of panel bodies P1. At this time, the joint between the panel bodies P1 arranged on the left and right (the joint between the side plates 51 and 52 of the two metal outer skins 5 arranged on the left and right) is covered (that is, the joint between the panel bodies P1 arranged on the left and right). A plurality of overlay gypsum boards 6 are arranged so that the joints between the overlay gypsum boards 6 arranged side by side are shifted in the left-right direction). The plurality of overlay gypsum boards 6 are arranged so that the side surfaces of two overlay gypsum boards 6 adjacent in the left-right direction abut each other.

Next, each of the plurality of overlay gypsum boards 6 is fixed to the main plate portion 50 of the metal outer skin 5 of the plurality of panel bodies P1 by the plurality of screws 11 driven from the front side of the plurality of overlay gypsum boards 6. At this time, each screw 11 is screwed into a position avoiding the connecting member 9, the upper fixing member 7 and the lower fixing member 8.

Next, the wallpaper 15 is attached to the front surface (front surface) of the plurality of facing gypsum boards 6. The wallpaper 15 covers and covers the plural plasterboards 6 and the screws 11. By performing the construction as described above, the front wall panel 2 is installed between the ceiling 100 and the floor 101. A skirting board 16 is attached to the front side of the lower end of the wallpaper 15.

Next, a plurality of panel bodies P <b> 1 are arranged behind the rear fixing portion 72 of the upper fixing member 7, the rear fixing portion 82 of the lower fixing member 8, and the connecting member 9. At this time, each of the plurality of panel bodies P1 is arranged so that the underlay gypsum board 4 constitutes the front surface (rear surface) of the panel body P1. Then, the plurality of panel bodies P1 are arranged such that the two panel bodies P1 arranged side by side fit the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520.

Next, each lower end of the plurality of panel bodies P1 is fixed to the rear fixing part 82 of the lower fixing member 8 with the screw 12, and each upper end of the plurality of panel bodies P1 is fixed to the rear of the upper fixing member 7 with the screw 12. It is fixed to the fixing part 72. Next, the middle part of each of the plurality of panel bodies P1 in the vertical direction is fixed to the connecting member 9 with the plurality of screws 12.

Next, a plurality of facing gypsum boards 6 are arranged on the front surface (rear surface) of the plurality of panel bodies P1. At this time, a plurality of overlay gypsum boards 6 are arranged so as to cover joints between the panel bodies P1 arranged side by side. The plurality of overlay gypsum boards 6 are arranged so that the side surfaces of two overlay gypsum boards 6 adjacent in the left-right direction abut each other.

Next, each of the plurality of facing gypsum boards 6 is fixed to the main plate portion 50 of the metal outer skin 5 of the plurality of panel bodies P1 with the plurality of screws 11. At this time, each screw 11 is screwed into a position avoiding the connecting member 9, the upper fixing member 7 and the lower fixing member 8.

Next, the wallpaper 15 is attached to the front surface (rear surface) of the plurality of facing gypsum boards 6. Thereby, the rear wall panel 2 is installed between the ceiling 100 and the floor 101. A skirting board 16 is attached to the rear side of the lower end of the wallpaper 15. By performing the construction as described above, the partition wall 1 shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 is installed between the ceiling 100 and the floor 101.

4. Operation and Effect of Partition Wall In the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment described above, the plurality of panel bodies P1 arranged in the left-right direction are such that two panel bodies P1 adjacent to each other on the left and right are formed with a ridge 510 and a concave ridge 520. Are connected in the up-down direction.

Therefore, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, a linear gap is not formed between the two panel bodies P1 adjacent to each other on the left and right sides, and a sound or a flame during a fire passes through the panel bodies P1 arranged on the left and right sides. Can be suppressed, and sound insulation and fire resistance can be improved.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, the gypsum board 6 covers joints between two panel bodies P1 adjacent to each other (specifically, joints between two metal outer skins 5 adjacent to each other). As a result, the arrival of the sound at the joint can be suppressed.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, since the main plate portion 50 of the metal outer skin 5 is adhered to the back surface of the lower gypsum board 4, the screws 11 driven into the upper gypsum board 6 from the front side to the main plate portion 50. Can be penetrated. Therefore, in the partition wall 1 of this embodiment, the upper gypsum board 6 can be firmly attached to the lower gypsum board 4.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, the plurality of panel bodies P1 arranged on the left and right can be firmly connected by the fitting of the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520 of the metal outer skin 5, and The gypsum board 6 can be firmly attached to the plurality of panel bodies P1 with the screws 11. Therefore, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, the strength of each of the pair of wall panels 2 can be easily secured, and the partition wall 1 can be formed by a non-stud method that does not require a stud between the pair of wall panels 2. .

In addition, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, since the partition wall 1 can be formed by the non-stud method, it is not necessary to fix each of the pair of wall panels 2 to the plurality of studs with the plurality of screws. Therefore, the workability is improved.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, since the gypsum board 6 can be attached with the screws 11, it can be constructed using an impact driver, which is a general tool, and can be used exclusively for a staple gun, a compressor, or the like. No tools are required. Therefore, the partition wall 1 of this embodiment is easy to construct.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, since the main plate portion 50 of the metal outer skin 5 is adhered to the entire back surface of the lower gypsum board 4, it is possible to freely select the driving position of the screw 11 of the upper gypsum board 6. The degree is high (that is, the screw 11 can be driven into an arbitrary position), and also in this point, the construction is easy.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, since the screw 11 for fixing the gypsum board 6 is not fixed to the connecting member 9, the vibration of the sound transmitted to the gypsum board 6 is transmitted through the screw 11. And transmission to the connecting member 9 can be prevented.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, since the coincidence frequencies of the gypsum boards 4 and 6 are different from each other, the sound insulation is higher than when two gypsum boards having the same coincidence frequency are arranged one on top of the other.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, since the vertical intermediate portions of the plurality of panel bodies P1 are fixed to the connecting members 9 with the screws 12, the panel bodies P1 are warped, and the ridges are formed. It is possible to suppress the occurrence of a problem in fitting the portion 510 and the concave ridge portion 520.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, the front and rear panel bodies P1 are connected via the connecting material 9, and each of the front and rear panel bodies P1 has an upper plaster harder than the lower plaster board 4 on each front side. The board 6 is fixed. For this reason, the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment easily secures the required rigidity as the wall surface.

Moreover, in the partition wall 1 of this embodiment, the refractory packing 13 and the airtight packing 14 are sandwiched between two panel bodies P1 adjacent on the left and right (specifically, between two metal outer skins 5 adjacent on the left and right). . For this reason, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, it is possible to more reliably prevent the sound and the flame at the time of fire from passing between the two panel bodies P1 adjacent to each other on the left and right.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, the upper plaster board 6 is not bonded to the lower plaster board 4 of the panel body P1 and is a separate member from the panel body P1. Therefore, the panel body P1 and the gypsum board 6 can be separately carried at the time of construction, and are easy to construct.

以上説明した本実施形態の間仕切壁1は、例えば、TLD50(TLD:Transmission Loss Difference)の遮音性能が得られ、ホテルの客室等に好適に用いることができる。   The partition wall 1 of the present embodiment described above has, for example, a sound insulation performance of TLD50 (Transmission Loss Difference), and can be suitably used for a guest room of a hotel or the like.

(Embodiment 2)
Subsequently, the partition wall 1 according to the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 7 will be described. In the following, with respect to the partition wall 1 of the second embodiment, the same components as those of the partition wall 1 of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. Will be described in detail.

In the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, each of the pair of front and rear wall panels 2 has a pair of panel bodies P2 arranged side by side. The pair of front and rear wall panels 2 have a common structure.

Each of the pair of panel bodies P2 is adhered to the lower gypsum board 4 and the first surface in the thickness direction of the lower gypsum board 4, and covers the first surface and the side surface in the thickness direction of the lower gypsum board 4. It includes an outer skin 5 and an upper gypsum board 6 adhered to the second side surface in the thickness direction of the lower gypsum board 4.

In the present embodiment, the metal skin 5 is bonded to the back surface of the gypsum board 4, and covers the back surface and side surfaces of the gypsum board 4. The upper gypsum board 6 is adhered to the front side surface of the lower gypsum board 4. The entire surface of the gypsum board 6 is adhered to the gypsum board 4 via a vibration damping adhesive. The displacement of the upper gypsum board 6 with respect to the lower gypsum board 4 is suppressed by staples 17 driven from the front side.

As shown in FIGS. 8A, 8B, and 8C, the left side of the gypsum board 6 and the left side of the gypsum board 4 are flush with each other, and the right side of the gypsum board 6 and the right side of the gypsum board 10. And are lined up flush. The lower gypsum board 4, the metal skin 5, and the upper gypsum board 6 are integrated to form one panel body P2.

As shown in FIG. 7, the partition wall 1 further has a joint material 18 that fills a joint between two facing gypsum boards 6 adjacent in the left-right direction. The joint material 18 is, for example, gypsum putty.

Subsequently, an example of a method of installing the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment will be described.

First, the upper fixing member 7 is fixed to the ceiling 100, and the lower fixing member 8 is fixed to the floor 101.

Next, a plurality of panel bodies P2 are arranged side by side in the left-right direction on the front side of the upper and lower fixing members 7, 8. At this time, each of the plurality of panel bodies P2 is arranged so that the gypsum board 6 constitutes the front surface of the panel body P2. The plurality of panel bodies P2 are arranged so that the panel bodies P2 arranged on the left and right are fitted with the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520.

Next, the lower ends of the plurality of panel members P2 are fixed to the front fixing portion 81 of the lower fixing member 8 by screws 12, and the upper ends of the plurality of panel members P2 are fixed to the front of the upper fixing member 7 by screws 12. It is fixed to the part 71.

Next, the connecting member 9 is arranged on the rear side of the middle part in the vertical direction of the plurality of panel bodies P2, and each of the plurality of panel bodies P2 is driven by the plurality of screws 12 driven from the front side of the plurality of panel bodies P2. It is fixed to the connecting member 9.

Next, the jointing material 18 is filled between the plasterboards 6 of the two panel bodies P2 that are adjacent to each other in the left-right direction among the plurality of panel bodies P2.

Next, wallpaper 15 is attached to the front surface (front surface) of the plurality of panel bodies P2. The wallpapers 15 cover the heads of the plurality of panel bodies P2 and the plurality of screws 12. By performing the construction as described above, the front wall panel 2 is installed between the ceiling 100 and the floor 101. A skirting board 16 is attached to the lower end of the wallpaper 15.

Next, a plurality of panel bodies P2 are arranged behind the rear fixing portion 72 of the upper fixing member 7, the rear fixing portion 82 of the lower fixing member 8, and the connecting member 9. At this time, each of the plurality of panel bodies P2 is arranged such that the gypsum board 6 forms a front surface (rear surface) of the panel body P2. The plurality of panel bodies P2 are arranged so that the panel bodies P2 arranged on the left and right are fitted with the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520.

Next, a plurality of panel bodies P2, wallpaper 15 and skirting boards 16 are installed in the same manner as the above-described front wall panel 2. By performing the construction as described above, the partition wall 1 shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 7 is installed between the ceiling 100 and the floor 101.

In the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment described above, the plurality of panel bodies P2 arranged in the left-right direction are such that two panel bodies P2 adjacent to each other on the left and right are fitted with the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520. It is connected in the up-down direction to improve fire resistance and sound insulation.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, since the lower gypsum board 4, the metal outer skin 5, and the upper gypsum board 6 are integrated to form the panel body P2, the upper gypsum board is provided for the lower gypsum board 4. The work of fixing 6 with screws 11 can be omitted, and the workability is high.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, the plurality of panel bodies P2 arranged in the left and right directions can be firmly connected by the fitting of the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520 of the metal outer skin 5. Each of the plurality of panel bodies P2 has a strong structure in which the metal outer skin 5, the lower gypsum board 4 and the upper gypsum board 6 are integrated by bonding.

Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, the upper gypsum board 6, the lower gypsum board 4, and the metal skin 5 are integrated to form one panel body P2. High in nature.

The partition wall 1 of the present embodiment described above has, for example, a TLD45 (Transmission Loss Difference) sound insulation performance, and can be suitably used as an office partition wall 1 or the like.

(Embodiment 3)
Next, the partition wall 1 according to the third embodiment shown in FIG. 9 will be described. In the following, regarding the partition wall 1 of the third embodiment, the configuration common to the partition wall 1 of the second embodiment is denoted by the same reference numeral in the drawing, detailed description is omitted, and the configuration different from the partition wall 1 of the second embodiment is described. Will be described in detail.

In the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, each of the pair of front and rear wall panels 2 has a pair of panel bodies P3 arranged side by side. The pair of front and rear wall panels 2 have a common structure. The panel body P3 has the same structure as the panel body P2, and is obtained by rotating the panel body P2 by 180 degrees around the vertical axis.

In other words, each of the pair of panel bodies P3 is adhered to the base gypsum board 4 and the first side in the thickness direction of the base gypsum board 4, and the first side and the side in the thickness direction of the base gypsum board 4 It includes a covering metal outer skin 5 and an upper gypsum board 6 adhered to the second side surface in the thickness direction of the lower gypsum board 4. In the present embodiment, the metal shell 5 is adhered to the surface of the gypsum board 4 and covers the surface and side surfaces of the gypsum board 4. The upper gypsum board 6 is adhered to the back surface of the lower gypsum board 4.

The partition wall 1 of the present embodiment does not include the connecting member 9, the screw 12, the wallpaper 15, and the joint member 18.

Subsequently, an example of a method of installing the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment will be described.

First, the upper fixing member 7 is fixed to the ceiling 100, and the lower fixing member 8 is fixed to the floor 101.

Next, a plurality of panel members P3 are arranged side by side in the left-right direction on the front side of the upper and lower fixing members 7, 8. At this time, each of the plurality of panel members P3 is arranged such that the metal outer skin 5 constitutes a front surface (front surface) of the panel member P3. Then, the plurality of panel bodies P3 are arranged so that the panel bodies P3 arranged side by side are fitted with the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520.

Next, the lower end of each of the plurality of panel bodies P3 is fixed to the front fixing part 81 of the lower fixing member 8 with the screw 12, and the upper end of each of the plurality of panel bodies P3 is fixed with the screw 12 to the front of the upper fixing member 7. It is fixed to the part 71. Next, the baseboard 16 is attached to the front side of the lower ends of the plurality of panel bodies P3.

Next, a plurality of panel bodies P3 are arranged behind the rear fixing portion 72 of the upper fixing member 7 and the rear fixing portion 82 of the lower fixing member 8. At this time, each of the plurality of panel bodies P3 is arranged such that the metal outer skin 5 constitutes a front surface (rear surface) of the panel body P3. Then, the plurality of panel bodies P3 are arranged so that the panel bodies P3 arranged side by side are fitted with the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520.

Next, the plurality of panel bodies P3 and the skirting boards 16 are installed in the same manner as the front wall panel 2 described above. By constructing as described above, the partition wall 1 shown in FIG. 9 is installed between the ceiling 100 and the floor 101.

In the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment described above, since the surface of the main plate portion 50 of the metal outer skin 5 of each panel body P3 can be used as a decorative surface, the construction of the wallpaper 15 is unnecessary, and the workability is high.

Further, since the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment does not include the connecting member 9, it is possible to prevent sound from being transmitted between the front and rear wall panels 2 via the connecting member 9, and to improve sound insulation. Can be. Further, in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, the work of attaching the connecting member 9 can be omitted, and the workability is high.

Further, also in the partition wall 1 of the present embodiment, the strength of each of the pair of wall panels 2 can be easily secured, and the partition wall 1 can be formed by a non-stud method that does not require a stud between the pair of wall panels 2. This makes it possible to eliminate the necessity of screwing the stud to the stud, thereby improving the workability.

The partition wall 1 of the present embodiment described above has, for example, the sound insulation performance of the TLD 45 and can be suitably used as the office partition wall 1 and the like.

(Modification)
Subsequently, a modified example of the partition wall 1 of the first to third embodiments will be described.

In the partition wall 1 of the first embodiment, the joint between the two plasterboards 6 adjacent to each other on the left and right is the front side of the joint between the two panel bodies P1 adjacent on the left and right. May be arranged.

In the partition walls 1 of the first to third embodiments, for example, a gypsum board (GB-R) of JIS A6901 may be used as the gypsum board 6 for the upholstery. In this case, the upper gypsum board 6 has a thickness of, for example, 15 mm so as to have approximately the same weight as the case of using a normal hard gypsum board (GB-RH).

In the partition walls 1 of the first to third embodiments, the coincidence frequencies of the lower gypsum board 4 and the upper gypsum board 6 may be the same. Further, the material of the gypsum boards 4 and 6 is not limited to the above example, and can be appropriately selected.

The partition walls 1 of the first to third embodiments may have only one of the refractory packing 13 and the airtight packing 14, or may not have both.

The partition walls 1 of the first to third embodiments may further include a sound absorbing material 3 located between a pair of wall panels 2 as shown in FIG. 10, for example. The sound absorbing material 3 is an inorganic fiber body such as glass wool and rock wool, and has sound insulation performance and fire resistance. The sound absorbing material 3 is provided so as to fill a gap between the pair of wall panels 2, and a sound absorbing layer L <b> 1 is provided in the entire remaining space between the pair of wall panels 2 except for a portion where the connecting member 9 is located. To form The thickness (length in the front-rear direction) of the sound absorbing material 3 is the same as the distance between the pair of wall panels 2. As the sound absorbing material 3, for example, glass wool having a density of 24 kg / m 3 and a thickness of 100 mm is used. In the modified example shown in FIG. 10, the sound insulating material 3 can further improve the sound insulation and the fire resistance of the partition wall 1.

Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the sound absorbing material 3 is provided between the pair of wall panels 2 so that the sound absorbing layer L1 constituted by the sound absorbing material 3 and the air layer L2 are located in front and rear. You may. The thickness (length in the front-rear direction) of the sound absorbing material 3 is approximately half the distance between the pair of wall panels 2. The sound absorbing material 3 is attached to the rear surface of the front wall panel 2. As a means for attaching the sound absorbing material 3 to the wall panel 2, an appropriate means such as adhesion is used. In the modification shown in FIG. 11, sound transmission can be prevented by the sound absorbing layer L1 and the air layer L2, and the sound insulation can be further improved. Note that the thickness of the sound absorbing material 3 can be appropriately set. The wall panel 2 on which the sound absorbing material 3 is attached is not limited to the front wall panel 2 but may be the rear wall panel 2.

Note that the sound absorbing material 3 may be provided between the pair of wall panels 2 in an arrangement different from the arrangement shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. For example, the sound absorbing material 3 may be provided between the pair of wall panels 2 such that the sound absorbing layer L1 and the air layer L2 are vertically arranged.

In the partition walls 1 of the second and third embodiments, of the pair of front and rear wall panels 2, one wall panel 2 has a plurality of panel bodies P2, and the other wall panel 2 has a plurality of panel bodies P3. May be.

The partition wall 1 of the third embodiment may further include a connecting member 9. In this case, it is preferable that the screws 12 for fixing each panel body P3 to the connecting member 9 cover the head with a cover to prevent exposure.

(Summary)
Like the partition wall 1 of Embodiment 1 and its modification described above, the partition wall 1 of the first aspect has the following configuration.

That is, the partition wall 1 of the first embodiment includes a pair of wall panels 2 that face each other and are spaced apart in the front-rear direction. Each of the pair of wall panels 2 includes a pair of panel bodies P1 arranged in the left-right direction, and an upholstered gypsum board 6 arranged on the front side of the pair of panel bodies P1. Each of the pair of panel bodies P <b> 1 includes a subbing gypsum board 4, and a metal outer skin 5 adhered to the back surface of the subbing gypsum board 4 and covering the back surface and side surfaces of the subbing gypsum board 4. The upper gypsum board 6 is attached to the lower gypsum board 4 by screws 11 driven into the upper gypsum board 6 so as to penetrate the metal outer skin 5. In the metal skin 5 of one panel body P1 of the pair of panel bodies P1, a portion covering the side surface of the gypsum board 4 is provided with a ridge 510 extending vertically. In the metal skin 5 of the other panel body P1 of the pair of panel bodies P1, a portion covering the side surface of the gypsum board 4 is provided with a concave ridge 520 so as to extend in the vertical direction. In the pair of panel bodies P1, the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520 are fitted.

With the above configuration, in the partition wall 1 of the first embodiment, the pair of panel bodies P1 arranged in the left and right directions are connected by fitting of the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520 formed on the metal outer cover 5. can do. Therefore, in the partition wall 1 of the first aspect, it is possible to prevent a linear gap in a plan view from being generated between the pair of panel bodies P1 arranged side by side. Thereby, in the partition wall 1 of the first aspect, it is difficult for a sound or a flame at the time of a fire to pass between the pair of panel bodies P1 arranged on the left and right, and it is possible to improve sound insulation and fire resistance.

Further, like the partition wall 1 of the first embodiment and its modifications, the partition wall 1 of the second aspect additionally has the following configuration in addition to the configuration of the partition wall 1 of the first aspect.

That is, in the partition wall 1 of the second embodiment, the gypsum board 6 is located so as to cover the joint between the pair of panel bodies P1.

With the above configuration, in the partition wall 1 of the second embodiment, it is possible to suppress the sound from reaching the joint between the pair of panel bodies P1 by the gypsum board 6.

Further, like the partition walls 1 in the second and third embodiments and the modifications thereof, the partition wall 1 in the third mode has the following configuration.

That is, the partition wall 1 of the third embodiment includes a pair of wall panels 2 that face each other and are spaced apart in the front-rear direction. Each of the pair of wall panels 2 has a pair of panel bodies P2 (P3) arranged in the left-right direction. Each of the pair of panel bodies P2 (P3) is provided with a gypsum baseboard board 4, a metal skin 5 that is adhered to the gypsum baseboard board 4 and covers a first side surface and a side face in the thickness direction of the gypsum baseboard board 4, and a gypsum basement board And a gypsum board 6 bonded to a surface of the board 4 on the second side in the thickness direction. A protruding ridge 510 is formed so as to extend in the vertical direction in a portion of the metal outer skin 5 of one panel body P2 (P3) of the pair of panel bodies P2 (P3) that covers the side surface of the gypsum board 4 underneath. I have. A recess 520 is formed in a portion of the metal skin 5 of the other panel body P2 (P3) of the pair of panel bodies P2 (P3) that covers the side surface of the gypsum board 4 so as to extend vertically. I have. In the pair of panel bodies P2 (P3), the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520 are fitted.

With the above configuration, in the partition wall 1 of the third embodiment, the pair of panel bodies P2 (P3) arranged on the left and right are fitted with the convex ridge 510 and the concave ridge 520 formed on the metal outer skin 5. Can be connected. Therefore, in the partition wall 1 of the third aspect, it is possible to prevent a linear gap in a plan view from being generated between the pair of panel bodies P2 (P3) arranged side by side. Thereby, in the partition wall 1 of the third aspect, it is difficult for a sound or a flame at the time of a fire to pass between the pair of panel bodies P2 (P3) arranged on the left and right, and it is possible to improve sound insulation and fire resistance. it can. Further, in the partition wall 1 of the third embodiment, the panel body P2 (P3) is a single panel body in which the lower gypsum board 4, the metal outer skin 5, and the upper gypsum board 6 are integrated by bonding. Sometimes it is not necessary to back-line the gypsum board 6 and the workability is high.

Further, like the partition walls 1 of the first to third embodiments and the modified examples thereof, the partition wall 1 of the fourth aspect has the following configuration in addition to the configuration of the partition wall 1 of any of the first to third aspects.
