Claims (5)
- 収容空間を有するケースと、前記収容空間に収容される振動子及びステータと、前記振動子を前記ケース内に懸架する弾性部材と、回路基板とを含むリニアモータであって、
前記ケースは、ボトムカバーと、前記ボトムカバーに覆設され且つ前記ボトムカバーと共に前記収容空間を囲む筐体とを含み、
前記ステータは、前記ケース内に固定される鉄心と、前記鉄心に嵌着されるヨークと、前記鉄心に嵌着され、且つそれぞれ前記ヨークの両側に設けられる第1コイル及び第2コイルとを含み、
前記第2コイルは、前記ヨークと前記ボトムカバーとの間に設けられ、
前記回路基板は、前記ボトムカバーに固定され、
前記振動子は、前記ステータと間隔をあけて設けられる磁性鋼を含み、
前記鉄心には、表面から内部へ凹んで形成される凹溝が設けられ、前記第1コイルのコイルリード線は、前記凹溝を通って前記回路基板に電気的に接続されている、ことを特徴とするリニアモータ。 - 前記鉄心は円柱状をなし、
前記凹溝の数は2つであり、2つの前記凹溝は、前記鉄心の軸心に対して対称に設けられ、
前記コイルリード線の数は2つであり、2つの前記コイルリード線は、それぞれ2つの前記凹溝を通っている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアモータ。 - 前記凹溝は、弧状をなす、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のリニアモータ。
- 前記回路基板は、前記弾性部材と前記ボトムカバーとの間に介設され且つ前記第1コイルのコイルリード線に電気的に接続される第1部分と、前記第1部分に接続され、且つ前記収容空間から延出する第2部分とを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアモータ。
- 前記振動子は、カウンターウェイトをさらに含み、
前記カウンターウェイトは、前記磁性鋼と前記弾性部材との間に介設されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアモータ。
