Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態の燃料噴射弁93を示す正面断面図である。燃料噴射弁93は、自動車のエンジンに適用される燃料噴射システム90に搭載される。エンジンは、燃料として、軽油、ガソリン、エタノール、それらを混合した混合燃料等、液体燃料を用いることができる。
なお、本実施形態は、次のように変更して実施することもできる。例えば、第1アクチュエータ53又は第2アクチュエータ54を、ピエゾアクチュエータ等のソレノイド以外のアクチュエータにしてもよい。また、例えば、第2アクチュエータ54を、インジェクタボディ21の上端部又は上方に設ける代わりに、それ以外の位置に設けてもよい。
Claims (3)
- 第1方向側の端部に噴射孔が設けられている弁ボディ(20)と、
前記弁ボディの内側に、前記第1方向とその反対の第2方向との両方向である軸線方向に変位可能に設けられ、前記第1方向に変位して前記噴射孔を塞ぎ、前記第2方向に変位して前記噴射孔を開くニードル弁(31)と、を備え、
前記弁ボディの内側における前記ニードル弁よりも前記第2方向側に、内部の圧力上昇により前記ニードル弁を前記第1方向に変位させ、内部の圧力低下により前記ニードル弁を前記第2方向に変位させる背圧室(36)が形成され、
前記背圧室内の圧力を制御するための第1制御弁(51)及び第2制御弁(52)を、前記弁ボディの内側に備え、且つ、前記第1制御弁を駆動する第1アクチュエータ(53)と、前記第2制御弁を駆動する第2アクチュエータ(54)と、を備える燃料噴射弁において、
前記第2制御弁は、前記第1制御弁よりも前記軸線方向に長く、前記軸線方向に直交する方向を横として、前記第1制御弁の少なくとも一部の真横に前記第2制御弁の一部が配置され、且つ前記第1制御弁の前記第2方向側の端よりも前記第2方向側に前記第2制御弁の前記第2方向側の端が配置されており、
前記第1アクチュエータよりも前記第2方向側に前記第2アクチュエータが配置され、前記軸線方向にみた平面視で、前記第1アクチュエータの少なくとも一部に前記第2アクチュエータの一部が重なっている、燃料噴射弁。 - 前記第2制御弁は、前記弁ボディに設けられている弁取付穴(49)に挿入され、前記弁取付穴の内周面と前記第2制御弁との隙間は、前記背圧室内の圧力を逃がすための低圧通路(58)の一部を構成している請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記第1制御弁は、前記ニードル弁よりも前記軸線方向に短い請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射弁。
