Abstract
【解決手段】この直接差し込み式コネクタ10は、ハウジング12と、ハウジングに接続された少なくとも1つの接触子14であって、プリント回路基板の第1の通路開口部に挿入されるための接触子とを具備する。第1の通路開口部は内壁にて導電性である。ハウジングをプリント回路基板に固定する少なくとも1つの係止装置が設けられる。係止装置は、ハウジングに一体的に接続されて弾性的に復元力のある少なくとも1つの係止アーム20を有し、その自由端の領域に係止突起24を有し、係止アーム20とハウジング12とは中間空間によって分離され、中間空間はプリント回路基板上で直線状に、直接差し込み式コネクタの支持面に直交して延びる。

Claims (15)
- プリント回路基板と電気的に接触するための直接差し込み式コネクタであって、ハウジングと、前記ハウジングに接続された少なくとも1つの接触子であって、プリント回路基板の第1の通路開口部に挿入されるための接触子とを具備し、前記第1の通路開口部は内壁にて導電性であり、前記ハウジングを前記プリント回路基板に固定する少なくとも1つの係止装置によって特徴付けられる、直接差し込み式コネクタにおいて、
前記係止装置は、少なくとも1つの弾性的に復元力のある係止アームであって、前記ハウジングに一体的に接続された係止アームを有し、その自由端の領域にて係止突起を有し、
前記係止アーム及び前記ハウジングは中間空間を介して分離され、
前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジングに堅固かつ一体的に接続され、前記ハウジングの支持面を越えて突出する少なくとも1つの追加の位置決め突起を有する、直接差し込み式コネクタ。 - 前記支持面と、前記係止アームと前記ハウジングとが互いに接続される接続点との間の前記中間空間の高さが、前記ハウジングの高さの半分に少なくとも対応することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記中間空間の高さが前記ハウジングの高さの半分から9/10の間であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングの側面と前記係止アームの側面とが、前記中間空間を画定し、前記係止アームと前記ハウジングとが互いに接続される接続点で弓状に互いに合流することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記係止アームの前記自由端の前記係止突起は前記ハウジングから離れる方向に方向付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記係止突起上に通じる挿入傾斜が前記係止アームの前記自由端に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記係止アームと前記ハウジングとを分離する前記中間空間は、前記プリント回路基板上で直線状に、前記直接差し込み式コネクタの支持面に直交して延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングは、2つの対向する側面のそれぞれに係止アームを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングは、少なくとも1つの蟻継ぎ状溝と少なくとも1つの蟻継ぎ状舌部とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングは、2部分設計であり、第1のハウジング部が前記少なくとも1つの係止アームを備え、第2のハウジング部が前記接触子を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記第1のハウジング部は、2つの脚部と該2つの脚部を接続する基部とを有するU字形状に概ね設計され、前記第2のハウジング部は、前記第1のハウジング部の前記脚部間に収容されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記接触子は、少なくとも1つのケーブル素線に接続するための少なくとも1つの圧接接触子を有し、前記第1のハウジング部は、前記第1のハウジング部と前記第2のハウジング部とが接続された状態で前記圧接接触子を圧迫することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記第1のハウジング部の基部は、前記直接差し込み式コネクタの組み立て状態で前記第2のハウジング部の上側の上端に配置され、前記直接差し込み式コネクタがプリント回路基板上に配置されたときに前記第1のハウジング部の上側は前記プリント回路基板に背を向けることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 前記第1のハウジング部は、前記第2のハウジング部の上側及び2つの対向する側面のみを包囲することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の直接差し込み式コネクタ。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの直接差し込み式コネクタと、
前記接触子を挿入するための少なくとも1つの第1の通路開口部であって、内壁にて導電性である第1の通路開口部、及び、前記ハウジングの前記係止突起及び/又は位置決め突起を挿入するための少なくとも1つの第2の通路開口部を具備する、1つのプリント回路基板と、
を具備する直接差し込み式接続。
