Abstract
Description
好ましくは、10から20%の長さのカニューレの中心部分に、その円周の周りに均等に間隔の空けられた、壁部に開いた横孔がある。

Claims (3)
- 低侵襲の三尖弁外科的修復用カニューレであって、その遠位端にコネクタのある可撓性管を構成し、前記管(5)はその遠位端に、折りたたまれた状態において円盤形状を有する可撓性リング(4)によってそれに他方の側で接続された円錐形の剛性リング(3)からなるヘッド(2)を備え、前記ヘッド(2)の上部には、前記カニューレ(1)の内部につながる軸孔(8)があり、前記ヘッド(2)の全体長、かつ前記ヘッド(2)に対する接続箇所付近の前記管(5)の一部には、内側から、薄いガイド・スリーブ(6)があり、それが、前記剛性リング(3)の部分では、その壁部の表面に恒久的に取り付けられる一方、その残りの長さでは、前記管(5)の壁部に相対的に摺動可能に移動することができ、前記ガイド・スリーブ(6)は、一端が互いに対向して前記ガイド・スリーブ(6)の壁部に取り付けられた少なくとも2本のタイ・ロッド(9)を備え、それらの自由端が、前記カニューレ(1)の壁部に沿ってその遠位端を越えて延在する、低侵襲の三尖弁外科的修復用カニューレ。
- 前記ヘッド(2)の前記上部の入口孔(8)の径が、前記カニューレ(1)の外径の50から90%を占める、請求項1に記載のカニューレ。
- 10から20%の長さの前記カニューレ(1)の中心部分には、その円周の周りに均等に間隔の空けられた、前記壁部に開いた横孔(7)がある、請求項1に記載のカニューレ。
