Description

Claims (3)
- 低侵襲の三尖弁外科的修復用カニューレであって、
前記カニューレは、コネクタを備えた近位端を有する可撓性管を構成し、
前記管(5)は、該管(5)の遠位端にヘッド(2)を備え、
前記ヘッド(2)は、円錐形の剛性リング(3)と、該剛性リング(3)の近位端に接続されるとともに折りたたまれた状態において円盤形状を有する可撓性リング(4)とを備え、
前記ヘッド(2)の上部には、前記カニューレ(1)の内部につながる軸孔(8)があり、
薄いガイド・スリーブ(6)が、前記ヘッド(2)の前記剛性リング(3)および前記可撓性リング(4)の全体、かつ前記ヘッド(2)の前記可撓性リング(4)に対する前記管(5)の接続箇所付近における該管(5)の一部の内側に配置され、
前記ガイド・スリーブ(6)は、前記剛性リング(3)の部分では、該剛性リング(3)の壁部の内表面に恒久的に取り付けられる一方、その残りの部分では、前記管(5)の壁部の内表面に相対的に摺動可能に移動することができ、
前記ガイド・スリーブ(6)は、一端が互いに対向して前記ガイド・スリーブ(6)の壁部に取り付けられた少なくとも2本のタイ・ロッド(9)を備え、前記タイ・ロッド(9)の自由端が、前記カニューレ(1)の壁部に沿って前記カニューレ(1)の近位端を越えて延在する、低侵襲の三尖弁外科的修復用カニューレ。 - 前記ヘッド(2)の前記上部の入口孔(8)の径が、前記カニューレ(1)の外径の50から90%を占める、請求項1に記載のカニューレ。
- 10から20%の長さの前記カニューレ(1)の中心部分には、その円周の周りに均等に間隔の空けられた、前記壁部に開いた横孔(7)がある、請求項1に記載のカニューレ。
