Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの放射放出素子(2)を備える電子回路であって、
前記放射放出素子(2)に接続される、調整端子(Reg)および電流生成端子(O)を有する電流調整器(12)と、
自身を通って流れる電流を表す信号(Vmes)を生成する測定素子(14)と、
前記電流生成端子(O)、前記放射放出素子(2)、および前記測定素子(14)を通過する電気経路を、連続的に開閉するように変調信号(M)により制御されるスイッチ(6)と、
前記測定素子(14)と前記電流調整器(12)との間に挿置され、前記信号(Vmes)を、前記調整端子(Reg)に対して意図される平滑化された信号(S)に転換するために設計されている変換回路(16)と
を特徴とする、電子回路。 - 前記放出素子は、発光ダイオード(2)である、請求項1に記載の電子回路。
- 前記放出素子(2)により放出される放射は、赤外線放射である、請求項1または2に記載の電子回路。
- 前記電気経路上に直列に取り付けられる複数の放出素子を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電子回路。
- 前記測定素子は、抵抗器(14)である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電子回路。
- 前記変換回路は、ローパスフィルタ(16)である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電子回路。
- 前記ローパスフィルタ(16)は、前記変調信号(M)の周波数より低いカットオフ周波数を有する、請求項6に記載の電子回路。
- 前記変換回路は、ピーク検出器である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電子回路。
- 前記変調信号(M)は、100ns未満の周期を有して周期的である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電子回路。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電子回路を備える飛行時間センサ。
- 反射の後に、前記放射放出素子(2)により放出される前記放射を受信するために設計されている受信素子(4)を備える、請求項10に記載の飛行時間センサ。
- 前記受信素子(4)は、受信アレイである、請求項11に記載の飛行時間センサ。
