Description
前記DC電源からDC電圧を受電する端子、第1のインダクタンス、キャパシタンスのような電荷蓄積装置及び第1及び第2のスイッチング手段を備え、前記第1のインダクタンスが前記端子に結合され、前記第1のスイッチング手段が前記キャパシタンスのような電荷蓄積装置を前記インダクタンスから第1の周波数で充電するように構成されているDC−DCコンバータ回路と、
前記キャパシタンスのような電荷蓄積装置に結合された第2のインダクタンス及び前記第2のインダクタンスを前記負荷のためのパルス波電流源として前記第1の周波数より高い第2の周波数で駆動する第3のスイッチング手段を備えるDC電圧−AC電流コンバータ回路と、
を備える。
Claims (20)
- 負荷を駆動するためにDC電力をパルス波に変換するための、DC電源とともに使用するブーストコンバータ回路であって、
前記DC電源からDC電圧を受電する端子、第1のインダクタンス、電荷蓄積装置及び第1及び第2のスイッチング手段を備え、前記第1のインダクタンスが前記端子に結合され、前記第1及び第2のスイッチング手段が前記電荷蓄積装置を前記インダクタンスから第1の周波数で充電するように構成されているDC−DCコンバータ回路と、
前記電荷蓄積装置及び第3のスイッチング手段に結合された第2のインダクタンス及び前記第2のインダクタンスを充電し、前記第2のインダクタンスを前記負荷のためのパルス波電流源として前記第1の周波数より高い第2の周波数で駆動する第3のスイッチング手段を備えるDC電圧−AC電流コンバータ回路と、
を備える、ブーストコンバータ回路。 - 前記第3のスイッチング手段は前記負荷を短絡するように配置されている、請求項1記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記第3のスイッチング手段は前記負荷と並列に制御されている、請求項1又は2記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記電荷蓄積装置、前記第2のインダクタンス、前記負荷及び前記第3のスイッチング手段の配置構成が前記負荷の両端間の電圧を前記電荷蓄積装置の両端間の電圧だけ昇圧する、請求項1、2又は3のいずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記DC電圧−AC電流コンバータはDC電圧−パルス波電流コンバータである、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記第2のスイッチング手段はダイオード手段である、請求項1−5のいずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記負荷の電流を遮断するための第4のスイッチング手段を更に備える、請求項1−6いずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記負荷の電流を検出する電流検出手段を更に備える、請求項1−7のいずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記電流検出手段の出力に応答して前記ブーストコンバータ回路を制御する帰還ループを更に備える、請求項8記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記帰還ループ及び前記DC−DCコンバータ回路は前記電流検出手段の出力に応答して前記負荷の電流を制御する、請求項9記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記負荷の電流の制御は前記DC−DCコンバータ回路のPWM制御により達成される、請求項10記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記帰還ループは前記DC−DCコンバータ回路を所定の時間間隔でのみ制御するように構成されている、請求項9、10又は11のいずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記負荷は1つ以上の光源である、請求項1−12のいずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記1つ以上の光源は、1つ以上の発光ダイオード又は有機発光ダイオード、又はレーザ又はレーザダイオードである、請求項13記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記DC電圧−AC電流コンバータ回路は前記DC−DCコンバータ回路からDC電流を引き出すだけであるように構成されている、請求項1−14のいずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- PWMデューティサイクル値のための出力を更に備える、請求項11−15のいずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 前記PWM制御は開始モードと停止モードを有する、請求項11−15のいずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路。
- 請求項1−17のいずれか一項に記載のブーストコンバータ回路を含む距離測定装置、カメラ又はセンサ。
- 前記距離測定装置、カメラ又はセンサは、測定サイクル中に前記1つ以上の光源により放射され物体により反射された光を測定することによって物体までの距離を測定するように構成され、前記ブーストコンバータ回路は前記測定サイクル前にPWM制御を更新するように構成されている、請求項12−17のいずれか一項に従属する請求項18に記載の距離測定装置、カメラ又はセンサ。
- 請求項12に記載の時間間隔は前記測定サイクルのタイミングに同期化される、請求項19記載の距離測定装置、カメラ又はセンサ。
