Claims (15)
- 水蒸気分解炉で炭化水素原料を水蒸気分解するためのプロセスであって、
前記水蒸気分解炉の外部の炭化水素原料気化手段または炭化水素原料気化装置を使用して、前記炭化水素原料を気化するステップであって、前記炭化水素原料気化手段は、350℃以下の温度を有する伝熱媒体で加熱されるステップと、
前記気化された炭化水素原料を前記水蒸気分解炉の対流セクションにおける炭化水素原料過熱手段または炭化水素原料過熱装置に送給するステップと、
前記水蒸気分解炉の前記対流セクションの前記炭化水素原料過熱手段または前記炭化水素原料過熱装置において前記水蒸気分解炉の輻射セクションからの導管ガスを使用して前記気化された炭化水素原料を過熱するステップと、
第二の熱交換手段において前記水蒸気分解炉の輻射セクションからの前記導管ガスを使用して水蒸気発生器からの水蒸気を過熱するステップと、
前記水蒸気分解炉の前記輻射セクションにおける煙管反応装置において前記過熱された炭化水素原料を分解ガスに水蒸気分解するステップと、を備えるプロセス。 - 前記炭化水素原料を気化する前記ステップは、
炭化水素原料ポンプを使用して前記炭化水素原料を加圧するステップと、
第一の熱交換器において前記加圧された炭化水素原料を予熱するステップと、
前記第一の熱交換器に接続された中圧蒸留塔において前記予熱された炭化水素原料を蒸留するステップと、を備え、
前記中圧蒸留塔は、0.7〜1.2MPaの絶対圧で作動される請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 0.8〜2.0MPaの絶対圧を有する中圧ストリッピング水蒸気を使用して前記中圧蒸留塔において前記炭化水素原料を蒸留するステップをさらに備える請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記中圧ストリッピング水蒸気は、180〜350℃の温度を有する請求項2または3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記熱交換器は、160〜350℃の温度を有する伝熱媒体を使用して加熱される請求項2または3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素原料を気化する前記ステップは、
第二の熱交換器において熱交換を介して前記中圧蒸留塔からの前記炭化水素原料の流体成分を予熱するステップと、
低圧蒸留塔における前記炭化水素原料を軽質蒸留物留分、中間質蒸留物留分および重質蒸留物留分の少なくとも一つに蒸留するステップと、をさらに備え、
前記低圧蒸留塔は、0.1〜0.6MPaの絶対圧で作動される請求項2または3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。 - 0.1〜0.7MPaの絶対圧を有する低圧ストリッピング水蒸気を使用して低圧蒸留塔における炭化水素ストリームを蒸留するステップをさらに備える請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素原料を気化する前記ステップは、多段式熱交換手段において予熱するステップを備える請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 多段式熱交換手段において予熱する前記ステップは、
低圧水蒸気を使用して第一の熱交換器段において炭化水素を予熱するステップ、
中圧水蒸気を使用して第二の熱交換器段で炭化水素を予熱するステップ、および、
高圧水蒸気を使用して第三の熱交換器段で炭化水素を予熱するステップ、のうちの少なくとも一つを備える請求項1、2、および3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。 - 炭化水素原料ストリーム多段式熱交換手段における少なくとも一つの水蒸気注入口に水蒸気を注入するステップをさらに備える請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- ボイラ給水予熱手段において、前記水蒸気分解炉の前記輻射セクションからの煙道ガスを使用して水蒸気発生器用の沸騰給水を予熱するステップをさらに備える請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 炭化水素原料を水蒸気分解するためのシステムであって、
水蒸気を生産するための水蒸気発生器と、
水蒸気分解炉であって、前記炭化水素原料を水蒸気分解するための輻射セクション、ならびに、前記炭化水素原料を過熱するための炭化水素原料過熱手段および前記水蒸気を過熱するための水蒸気過熱手段を有する対流セクションと、を備える水蒸気分解炉と、
前記輻射セクションからの分解ガスを冷却するための冷却手段と、
前記水蒸気分解炉の前記炭化水素原料過熱手段において前記原料を前記過熱する前に前記炭化水素原料を気化するために、前記水蒸気分解炉の外部の炭化水素原料気化手段であって、前記炭化水素原料過熱手段に接続される炭化水素原料気化手段と、を備える水蒸気分解システム。 - 前記炭化水素原料気化手段は、
炭化水素原料を加圧するための炭化水素原料ポンプと、
前記ポンプに接続される第一の熱交換器と、
0.7〜1.2MPaの中圧で加熱された前記炭化水素原料を蒸留するために前記熱交換器に接続される中圧蒸留塔を備える請求項12に記載の水蒸気分解システム。 - 前記炭化水素原料気化手段は、前記炭化水素原料を予熱し気化するための多段式熱交換手段を備える請求項12に記載の水蒸気分解システム。
- 前記多段式熱交換手段または多段式熱交換器は、低圧水蒸気を使用する第一の熱交換器、中圧水蒸気を使用する第二の熱交換器、および高圧水蒸気を使用する第三の熱交換器、のうちの少なくとも一つを備える請求項14に記載の水蒸気分解システム。
