Abstract
Description
Claims (27)
- 第1側面及び第2側面を有する基板であって、第2側面は第1側面に対向している、基板と、
基板の第1側面に配置された硬質なシェルと、該硬質シェル及び基板によって形成されたチャンバと、
チャンバを上部リザーバ及び下部リザーバに分離するためチャンバ内に構成されたダイヤフラムと、
硬質なシェルを貫通し上部リザーバと流体連通であるカニューレと、
少なくとも1つの電極を含み、電極は基板の第1側面に配置される電気化学ポンプと、
電極に電気的に接続した電子デバイスチャンバと、
を備えたマイクロ送達装置。 - 硬質なシェルを貫通し上部リザーバと流体連通であるポートをさらに備えた、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- チャンバは、複数のサブチャンバに分割可能である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 電極は、3つ以上の電極を含み、電極のうちの2つの電極は陽極及び負極として適用され、電極のうちの1つはIRドロップを防ぐために基準電極として適用され、他の電極は、電極の突然の機能不全における修繕の不便さを防止する余剰電極として使用される、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 電極は親水性である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 電極の表面には超吸収性の材料が取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 超吸収性の材料は、PVAポリ(ビニルアルコール)、PEOポリ(エチレンオキシド)、ポリ(アクリル酸)、PLA(ポリ乳酸)、PGA(ポリグリコール酸)、PLA/PGA(共重合体)、及びPCL(ポリカプロラクトン)から選ばれた材料で作製されている、請求項6に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 基板は親水性である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 電子デバイスチャンバは、基板の第1側面あるいは第2側面に構成されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 電子デバイスチャンバは、プリント回路基板、電源、トリガー装置、及び弾性接触器を備え、弾性接触器は、プリント回路基板を基板へ電気的に接続し、電源は、プリント回路基板に電気的に接続されており、トリガー装置は、プリント回路基板に電気的に接続されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 弾性接触器は、ポゴピンである、請求項11に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 電子デバイスチャンバは、取り外し可能な電子デバイスチャンバである、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 硬質なシェルは、透明である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 基板は、透明である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 硬質なシェルは、PEEK、ポリカーボネート、パリレン、ポリプロピレン、PE、エポキシ、PS、PU、ABS、PMMA、PTFE、テフロン(登録商標)、PF、ポリイミド、PLA、シリコーン、及びガラスから選ばれた材料で作製されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 基板は、シリコン、金属及びその合金(チタン、ステンレス鋼、金、白金)、シリコーン、パリレン及びプラスチック(PEEK、ポリカーボネート、パリレン、ポリプロピレン、PE、エポキシ、PS、PU、ABS、PMMA、PTFE、テフロン(登録商標)、PF、ポリイミド及びPLA)、並びにガラスから選ばれた材料で作製されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 基板は、フレキシブルである、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 基板は、硬質である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- ダイヤフラムは、螺旋状に波形をつけた構造を有する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- ダイヤフラムは、平坦化され、超弾性材料で作製されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- ダイヤフラムは、ベロー及び推進プレートを含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 当該マイクロ送達装置は、ゲル状のコーティングで覆われている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 電極は、逆台形の形状で作製されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 電子デバイスチャンバは、間隔材をさらに含み、間隔材は電子デバイスチャンバの空所を満たしている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- カニューレの側壁は、当該マイクロ送達装置の動きから引き起こされる応力を解放するため、波形をつけた構造を有する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- カニューレ又は硬質なシェルに逆止弁をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 当該マイクロ送達装置は、単一のポートを備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
