前記薬剤送達流体経路と前記スナップドーム周りの空間との間の圧力を平衡化するように、そして
前記薬剤の表面張力が、前記穴を通って薬剤が流れることを防止するようにサイズ設定される請求項17に記載の装置。 - ポンプと、薬剤送達カニューレと、前記ポンプおよび前記カニューレを流体的に連結する薬剤用の薬剤送達流体経路とを有する薬剤送達装置のための閉塞センサであって、
