Claims (15)
- a.フィルムと、
b.前記フィルムの1つ以上の側面に沿って延在する1つ以上の被膜と、
c.前記フィルムが熱くなるように前記フィルムに電力を印加する1つ以上の電力印加部と、
を含み、前記フィルムは、黒鉛フィルムである、
ヒータ。 - 前記黒鉛フィルムは、1つ以上の層を有する、請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記黒鉛フィルムは、熱分解を通じて形成された合成黒鉛または黒鉛を含む、請求項1または2に記載のヒータ。
- 前記黒鉛フィルムは、約0.25ミリメートル以下、好ましくは、約0.20ミリメートル以下、またはより好ましくは、約0.15ミリメートル以下の厚みを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のヒータ。
- 前記1つ以上の被膜は、少なくとも部分的に前記フィルムに沿って延在する1つ以上のスリットを含み、前記スリットは、前記フィルムが前記1つ以上の被膜内で密閉されるように密閉される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のヒータ。
- 前記電力印加部は、前記フィルムと接触するタブを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のヒータ。
- 前記電力印加部は、ワイヤに接続され、前記電力印加部に電力を提供する上部端子板を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のヒータ。
- 前記電力印加部は、前記フィルム、前記1つ以上の被膜、前記タブ、またはそれらの組み合わせを通じて延在する1つ以上のリベットを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のヒータ。
- 前記1つ以上の被膜は、前記フィルムの両方の側面に沿って延在し、前記フィルムは、前記1つ以上の被膜の間で挟まれ、前記1つ以上の被膜は、前記フィルムが前記1つ以上の被膜内で密閉されるように、縁に沿って密閉される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のヒータ。
- 前記1つ以上の被膜は、プラスチックから構成され、弾力的に変形可能である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のヒータ。
- a.フィルムの第1の側面に被膜を接続することと、
b.前記フィルムに1つ以上の電力印加部を取り付けることと、
c.ヒータが形成されるように、前記フィルムの第1の側面から前記フィルムの第2の側面に前記1つ以上の電力印加部のタブを折り畳むことと、
d.前記フィルム、前記被膜、またはその両方を切断することと、
を含み、前記フィルムは、電力が供給されるときに熱くなる、黒鉛フィルムである、
方法。 - 前記方法は、前記フィルム、前記被膜、またはその両方に切り込みを入れるステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記フィルムの第2の側面に被膜を塗布し、または前記フィルムの前記第1の側面から前記フィルムの前記第2の側面に前記被膜を折り畳むステップを含み、前記第1の側面上の前記被膜及び前記第2の側面上の前記被膜は、共に接続される、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
