Claims (7)
- 一枚以上の正極板及び負極板が積層される電極組立て体(100)と、
前記電極組立て体から延びる電極タブ(110)と、
前記電極タブと接合連結される電極リード(200)と、
前記電極リードの一部が露出されるように前記電極組立て体を取り囲んで封止するパウチ外装材(300)と、
を備えてなり、
前記電極リード(200)は、前記電極タブ(110)と電気的に結合される第1の溶接領域(F1)を備え、
前記電極タブ(110)は、
前記第1の溶接領域(F1)と電気的に結合される第2の溶接領域(F2)と、
前記第2の溶接領域(F1)と破断部連結領域(120)により仕切られ、前記電極組立て体(100)と電気的に連結される電極連結部(112)と、
前記第2の溶接領域(F2)と前記電極連結部(112)とを繋ぎ、応力が生じたときに破断されて前記第2の溶接領域(F2)と前記電極連結部(112)とを分離する破断部連結領域(120)と、
を備えてなることを特徴とするパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記破断部連結領域(120)は、
前記電極タブ(110)の表面に長手方向に、応力が生じたときに表面に垂直な方向に折れ曲がって破断される溝が線形状に形成された破断ライン(124)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記破断ラインの両端部には、前記電極タブ(110)の表面に平行な方向に破断溝(122)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記破断溝(122)は、
所定の第1の内角(A)をなす第1の斜辺部(a)と第2の斜辺部(b)により形成される三角(V)溝の形状であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記破断ライン(124)は、
所定の第2の内角(B)をなす第3の斜辺部(c)と第4の斜辺部(d)及び前記電極タブ(110)の表面に垂直な方向の長さを高さ(h)とする三角溝の形状に延びて形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記破断ライン(124)は、
前記破断溝(122)の幅方向に向かい合う形状に破断部連結領域(120)の上部及び下部の表面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記所定の第2の内角(B)は、前記所定の第1の内角(A)よりも小さく設定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
