Abstract
Description
(1)CNT繊維集合体をクロロスルホン酸(CSA)に分散させる段階と、
(2)CSAにより分散されたCNT繊維集合体をCSA除去用溶剤で処理してCSAを除去する段階と、
(3)CSAが除去されたCNT繊維集合体を熱処理する段階とを含み、前記段階(1)〜(3)の一つ以上の各段階と同時に張力が加わるか、または、前記段階(1)〜(3)の一つ以上の各段階の終了後、続いて張力が加わり、この際、2〜50cN/tex、または3〜40cN/tex、もしくは5〜35cN/tex、または10〜30cN/texの範囲で張力/texが加わる、CNT繊維集合体の引張強度向上方法を提供する。
1)CNT繊維集合体をクロロスルホン酸(CSA)で処理して、CNT繊維集合体を構成するCNTを分散させてCNT繊維集合体を緩める段階と、
2)CSAにより分散されたCNT繊維集合体に張力を加える段階と、
3)前記CNT繊維集合体をCSA除去用溶剤で処理して、前記CNT繊維集合体を洗浄し収縮させる段階と、
4)前記CNT繊維集合体を熱処理する段階とを含み、
2〜50cN/texの範囲で張力/texが適用される、CNT繊維集合体の引張強度向上方法を提供する。
(1)CNT繊維集合体をクロロスルホン酸(CSA)により分散させる段階と、
(2)CSAにより分散されたCNT繊維集合体をCSA除去用溶剤で処理してCSAを除去する段階と、
(3)CSAが除去されたCNT繊維集合体を熱処理する段階とを含み、
前記段階(1)〜(3)のいずれかまたは複数の各段階と同時に張力が適用されるか、または前記段階(1)〜(3)のいずれかまたは複数の各段階の終了後、引き続き張力が適用され、このとき2〜50cN/tex、または3〜40cN/tex、もしくは5〜35cN/tex、または10〜30cN/texの範囲で張力/texが適用される。
1)CNT繊維集合体をクロロスルホン酸(CSA)で処理して、CNT繊維集合体を構成するCNTを分散させてCNT繊維集合体を緩める段階と、
2)CSAにより分散されたCNT繊維集合体に張力を加える段階と、
3)前記CNT繊維集合体をCSA除去用溶剤で処理して、前記CNT繊維集合体を洗浄し収縮させる段階と、
4)前記CNT繊維集合体を熱処理する段階とを含み、
2〜50cN/texの範囲で張力/texが適用される。
Claims (6)
- (1)カーボンナノチューブ(carbon nanotube、CNT)繊維集合体をクロロスルホン酸(chlorosulfonic acid、CSA)により分散させる段階と、
(2)CSAにより分散された前記CNT繊維集合体をCSA除去用溶剤により処理してCSAを除去する段階と、
(3)CSAが除去された前記CNT繊維集合体を熱処理する段階とを含み、
前記段階(1)〜(3)のうち一つ以上の段階において、張力が2〜50cN/texの張力/tex範囲で適用され、
前記段階(1)において、CSAの重量に対するCNT繊維集合体の使用割合が0.01〜1.0重量%である、CNT繊維集合体の引張強度向上方法。 - 前記段階(1)〜(3)のうち一つ以上の各段階と同時に、前記張力が適用されることである、請求項1に記載のCNT繊維集合体の引張強度向上方法。
- 前記段階(1)〜(3)のうち一つ以上の各段階の終了後、引き続き前記張力が適用されることである、請求項1または2に記載のCNT繊維集合体の引張強度向上方法。
- 前記段階(2)において、CSA除去用溶剤が、アセトン、エタノール、および水からなる群より選択されるものである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のCNT繊維集合体の引張強度向上方法。
- 前記段階(3)における熱処理は、酸素を含むガスおよび不活性ガス雰囲気下で行われることである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のCNT繊維集合体の引張強度向上方法。
- 前記段階(3)における熱処理は、200〜400℃で5分〜2時間の間に行われることである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のCNT繊維集合体の引張強度向上方法。
