Abstract
Description
第1の態様において、本発明は、n型有機半導体、p型有機半導体および溶媒混合物を含む、配合物であって、溶媒混合物が、アルキル基およびアルコキシ基ならびに無置換または置換ベンゾチアゾールから選択される1個以上の置換基によって置換された芳香族炭化水素を含む、配合物に関する。
第2の実施形態において、本発明は、アノード、カソードおよびカソードとアノードとの間にある光活性層を備える有機感光性電子デバイスを製造するための方法であって、アノードおよびカソードのうちの一方を覆うように上記第1の実施形態による配合物を塗布して、濡れたフィルムを形成すること、濡れたフィルムを乾燥させて、光活性層を得ること、ならびに、光活性層を覆うようにアノードおよびカソードのうちの他方を形成することを含む、方法に関する。
配合例
1,2,4−トリメチルベンゼン(溶媒A)と表1に記載の溶媒(溶媒B)との溶媒混合物として、n型有機半導体としてのフラーレンC70−IPHもしくはC70−IPB(63wt%)および構造式(1)を有するp型有機半導体ポリマー(37wt%)、または、n型有機半導体としてのフラーレンC70−PCBM(67wt%)および構造式(1)を有するp型有機半導体ポリマー(33wt%)を含む、配合物を調製した。
カソード/ドナー:アクセプター層/アノードという構造を有するデバイスを調製した。
配合例1の代わりに比較用配合物1を使用したことを除いて、デバイス例1〜3を参照しながら記載のとおりにして、デバイスを調製した。
カソード/ドナー:アクセプター層/正孔輸送層/アノードという構造を有するデバイスを調製した。
配合例4の代わりに比較用配合物2を使用したことを除いて、デバイス例4を参照しながら記載のとおりにして、デバイスを調製した。
それぞれプロピルベンゾエート(PB)、ブチルベンゾエート(BuB)、ヘキシルベンゾエート(HB)およびベンジルベンゾエート(BB)を含有する比較用配合物3〜6が配合例4の代わりに使用されたことを除いて、デバイス例4を参照しながら記載のとおりにして、比較用デバイス3〜6を調製した。

Claims (15)
- n型有機半導体、p型有機半導体および溶媒混合物を含む、配合物であって、前記溶媒混合物が、アルキル基およびアルコキシ基ならびに無置換または置換ベンゾチアゾールから選択される1個以上の置換基によって置換された芳香族炭化水素を含む、配合物。
- 前記芳香族炭化水素が、ベンゼンである、請求項1に記載の配合物。
- 前記無置換または置換ベンゾチアゾールが、200〜300℃の範囲の沸点を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- 前記置換芳香族炭化水素が、前記溶媒混合物の合計体積に対して50〜99.5体積%の含量範囲で存在する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- 前記無置換または置換ベンゾチアゾールが、前記溶媒混合物の合計体積に対して0.5〜50体積%の含量範囲で存在する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- 前記置換芳香族炭化水素:前記無置換または置換ベンゾチアゾールの体積比が、70:30〜99.5:0.5の範囲である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- 前記溶媒混合物が、アルキルベンゾエートまたはアリールベンゾエートから選択される溶媒を含まない、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- 前記溶媒混合物が、前記置換芳香族炭化水素および前記無置換または置換ベンゾチアゾールからなる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- 前記p型有機半導体が、共役有機ポリマーである、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- 前記n型有機半導体が、フラーレンまたはフラーレン誘導体である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- アノード、カソードおよび前記カソードと前記アノードとの間にある光活性層を備える有機感光性電子デバイスを製造する方法であって、
溶液堆積法によって請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の配合物を塗布して、濡れたフィルムを形成すること、
前記濡れたフィルムを乾燥させて、前記光活性層を得ること、および、
前記光活性層を覆うように前記アノードおよび前記カソードのうちの他方を形成すること
を含む、方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法によって製造された、アノード、カソードおよび光活性層を備える有機感光性電子デバイス。
- 有機光検出器である、請求項14に記載の有機感光性電子デバイス。
