(b)光誘導体を、レーザー溶着によって、ガラスペインに固定する。

Claims (12)
- 内部側表面(I)の領域においてガラス製の光誘導体(4)を有しているガラスペイン(10)、を有している、外部環境から乗り物内部を分離するための乗り物ウィンドウであって、
前記光誘導体(4)の、前記ガラスペイン(10)に面している表面(e)と前記ガラスペイン(10)の反対側に向いている表面(a)とが、くさび角度(γ)を形成しており、それにより、前記光誘導体(4)の厚みが、前記ガラスペイン(10)の下方端部(U)から上方端部(O)への方向において減少しているようになっており、
前記光誘導体(4)が、レーザー溶着によって、前記ガラスペイン(10)の前記内部側表面(I)に固定されており、
前記光誘導体(4)の、前記ガラスペイン(10)に面している前記表面(e)が、その全表面で、前記ガラスペイン(10)の前記内部側表面(I)の領域に対して配置されており、かつ周縁的な末端溶着部によって前記内部側表面(I)に結合しており、かつ
前記溶着部に沿って、ガラスフリットを含有している接着促進材が、前記ガラスペイン(10)と前記光誘導体(4)との間に配置されている、
外部環境から乗り物内部を分離するための乗り物ウィンドウ。 - 前記光誘導体(4)の屈折率が、前記ガラスペイン(10)の屈折率に実質的に対応している、請求項1に記載の乗り物ウィンドウ。
- 前記光誘導体(4)が、ソーダ石灰ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルミノケイ酸ガラス、又は石英ガラスを含有しており、好ましくはソーダ石灰ガラスを含有している、請求項1又は2に記載の乗り物ウィンドウ。
- 前記光誘導体(4)の、前記ガラスペイン(10)に面している前記表面(e)の曲率が、前記ガラスペイン(10)の、前記光誘導体(4)が取り付けられている前記内部側表面(I)の領域の曲率に対して相補的である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物ウィンドウ。
- 前記光誘導体(4)の前記くさび角度(γ)が、2°以上、好ましくは10°以上である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物ウィンドウ。
- 前記光誘導体(4)の、前記ガラスペイン(10)の反対側に向いている前記表面(a)が、レンズとして実施されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物ウィンドウ。
- 光学センサ(7)が、前記ガラスペイン(10)に固定されており、この光学センサが、前記光誘導体(4)の、前記ガラスペイン(10)の反対側に向いている前記表面(a)の方に向いている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物ウィンドウ。
- 下記である、乗り物ウィンドウを製造する方法:
(a)ガラス製の光誘導体(4)を、ガラスペイン(10)の内部側表面の領域に配置する、ここで、前記光誘導体(4)の、前記ガラスペイン(10)に面している表面(e)と前記ガラスペイン(10)の反対側に向いている表面(a)とが、くさび角度(γ)を形成しており、かつ、前記光誘導体(4)の厚みが、前記ガラスペイン(10)の下方端部(U)から上方端部(O)への方向において減少している、
(b)前記光誘導体(4)を、レーザー溶着によって、前記ガラスペイン(I)に固定する、ここで、ガラスフリットを、前記光誘導体(4)と前記ガラスペイン(10)との間に配置する。 - 工程(b)において、レーザー放射を、前記光誘導体(4)の、前記ガラスペイン(10)に面している前記表面(e)の側方端部に沿って又はこれに平行に、周縁的に動かす、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザー溶着を、室温で行う、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザー溶着において、20W〜1kW、好ましくは50W〜500Wの出力を有しているレーザーを使用する、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物ウィンドウの、乗り物のウィンドシールドとしての、好ましくは自動車のウィンドシールドとしての使用であって、前記光誘導体(4)の、前記乗り物ウィンドウ(10)の反対側に向いている前記表面(a)の方に向いている光学センサ(7)が、前記ガラスペイン(10)の前記内部側表面(I)に固定されている、使用。
