前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも60重量%、好ましくは少なくとも70重量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも90重量%、特に少なくとも97重量%のポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を含有している、項目8又は9に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
〈項目11〉
前記バリアフィルム(4)が、前記バリアフィルム(4)を通る可塑剤の拡散を抑制するように実施されている、項目8~10のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
〈項目12〉
前記バリアフィルム(4)は、可塑剤が少ないか、又は可塑剤を含まず、かつ好ましくはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)を含有しているか、又はそれから作られている、項目8~11のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
〈項目13〉
前記機能要素(5)が、第3の中間層(3c)によって外周を包囲されている、項目8~12のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
〈項目14〉
電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素の製造方法であって、少なくとも:
(a)第1のキャリアフィルム(14)、第1の表面電極(12)、活性層(11)、第2の表面電極(13)、及び第2のキャリアフィルム(15)で作られているスタック配列を提供し、
(b)前記第1のキャリアフィルム(14)を、幅uの領域だけ、少なくとも1つの側縁(5.1)で切削し、これによって、前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)の突出領域(15.1)を作製し、
(c)前記突出領域(15.1)、前記活性層(11)の出口表面(20.1)、及び前記第1のキャリアフィルム(14)の隣接するエッジ領域(14.1)に、バリアフィルム(4)を配置する、
方法。
〈項目15〉
他の側縁の少なくとも1つの領域において前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)を切削し、これによって、前記第1のキャリアフィルム(14)の突出領域を作製し、そして前記突出領域、前記活性層(11)の出口表面(20.1)、及び前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)の隣接するエッジ領域に、他のバリアフィルム(4)を配置する、項目14に記載の方法。

Claims (14)
- 以下を含む、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素(5):
第1のキャリアフィルム(14)、第1の表面電極(12)、活性層(11)、第2の表面電極(13)、及び第2のキャリアフィルム(15)から作られているスタック配列、
ここで、前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)は、前記第1のキャリアフィルム(14)のそれぞれの側縁を越えている全側面の突出領域(15.1)を有し、かつ第1のキャリアフィルム(14)の少なくとも1つのエッジ領域(14.1)及び前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)の突出領域(15.1)に、バリアフィルム(4)が配置されている。 - 前記突出領域の幅uが、少なくとも4mmである、請求項1に記載の機能要素(5)。
- 前記第1のキャリアフィルム(14)と前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)との間の前記活性層(11)の出口表面(20.1)が、前記バリアフィルム(4)によってシールされている、請求項1又は2に記載の機能要素(5)。
- 前記活性層(11)は、液晶を含有しているか、又はそれからなる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の機能要素(5)。
- 前記突出領域(15.1)において、前記バリアフィルム(4)及び前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)が、少なくとも部分的に、又はそれらの表面全体にわたって、互いに接合されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の機能要素(5)。
- 前記エッジ領域(14.1)において、前記バリアフィルム(4)及び前記第1のキャリアフィルム(14)が、部分的に、又はそれらの表面全体にわたって、互いに接合されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の機能要素(5)。
- 以下を含む、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素(5)を有する複合ペイン(100):
外側ペイン(1)、第1の中間層(3a)、第2の中間層(3b)、及び内側ペイン(2)から作られているスタック配列、
ここで、前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも1種の可塑剤を有する少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムを含み、
請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素(5)が、第1の中間層(3a)と第2の中間層(3b)との間に、少なくとも部分的に配置されている。 - 前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも3重量%の可塑剤を含有している、請求項7に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも60重量%のポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を含有している、請求項7又は8に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4)が、前記バリアフィルム(4)を通る可塑剤の拡散を抑制するように実施されている、請求項7~9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4)は、3重量%未満の可塑剤含有率を有するか、又は可塑剤を含まない、請求項7~10のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能要素(5)が、第3の中間層(3c)によって外周を包囲されている、請求項7~11のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素の製造方法であって、少なくとも:
(a)第1のキャリアフィルム(14)、第1の表面電極(12)、活性層(11)、第2の表面電極(13)、及び第2のキャリアフィルム(15)で作られているスタック配列を提供し、
(b)前記第1のキャリアフィルム(14)を、幅uの領域だけ、全ての側縁(5.1、5.2、5.3、5.4)で切削し、これによって、前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)の突出領域(15.1)を作製し、
(c)前記突出領域(15.1)、前記活性層(11)の出口表面(20.1)、及び前記第1のキャリアフィルム(14)の隣接するエッジ領域(14.1)に、バリアフィルム(4)を配置する、
方法。 - 乗物又は建物の内部グレージング又は外部グレージングとしての、及びサンスクリーン又はプライバシースクリーンとしての、請求項7~12のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)の使用。
