Abstract
Description
支持構造体、
支持構造体によって支持された基部プレート、及び基部プレートによって支持された(通常は、基部プレートに接着された)圧電体を備える、能動組立体、及び
支持構造体によって支持され、能動組立体の振動が受動振動子を駆動するように、支持構造体を介して能動組立体に結合される、受動振動子。
ここで、能動組立体及び受動振動子は、同じ共振周波数を有する。
後述の特許請求の範囲のいずれか一項に記載の、複数の音響トランスデューサ。
ここで、複数の音響トランスデューサは、相互作用を利用し、それによって性能を向上させるために離間している。
能動組立体の振動が、共通の共振周波数で受動振動子を駆動するように、基部プレート及び基部プレートによって支持された圧電体を備える能動組立体を、支持構造体を使って、受動振動子に結合するステップ。
Claims (15)
- 支持構造体と、
前記支持構造体によって支持された基部プレート、及び前記基部プレートによって支持された圧電体を備える、能動組立体と、
前記支持構造体によって支持され、前記支持構造体を介して前記能動組立体に結合される受動振動子であって、それにより前記能動組立体の振動が前記受動振動子を駆動する、受動振動子と
を備え、前記能動組立体及び前記受動振動子は、同じ共振周波数を有する、音響トランスデューサ。 - 前記圧電体は、圧電セラミック体である、請求項1に記載の音響トランスデューサ。
- 前記基部プレート及び前記受動振動子は同じ金属組成のものであり、前記受動振動子は前記基部プレートと厚さが異なっており、それにより前記能動組立体及び前記受動振動子は、共通の共振周波数を有している、請求項1又は2に記載の音響トランスデューサ。
- 前記受動振動子はプレートを含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の音響トランスデューサ。
- 前記トランスデューサは円形である、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の音響トランスデューサ。
- 前記トランスデューサは楕円形又は矩形である、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の音響トランスデューサ。
- 前記能動組立体、前記振動子、及び前記支持構造体によって画定された空隙は、流体で充填されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の音響トランスデューサ。
- 前記支持構造体は、前記基部プレート及び/又は前記受動振動子と一体である、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の音響トランスデューサ。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の、複数の音響トランスデューサ
を備え、前記複数の音響トランスデューサは、相互作用を利用し、それによって性能を向上させるために離間している、トランスデューサアレイ。 - 音響トランスデューサを製造する方法であって、
基部プレート及び前記基部プレートによって支持された圧電体を備える能動組立体を、支持構造体を使って、受動振動子に結合するステップであって、それにより前記能動組立体の振動が、共通の共振周波数で前記受動振動子を駆動する、ステップ
