Claims (10)
- 心臓弁のシステムであって、
前記システムは、流入端と流出端を持つ、半径方向に自己拡張可能な筒状体であって、少なくとも1つの動作緩衝部材を含む複数のストラットが組み込まれた筒状体と、
前記筒状体と連結され、複数の弁尖を含む弁と、
前記筒状体の外表面と前記動作緩衝部材の外表面に配置された布とを有し、
前記動作緩衝部材は、前記筒状体の前記流出端が前記弁尖の動きにより半径方向の内側に動くとき、前記筒状体の前記流出端とともに半径方向の内側に動かないように構成されているものであることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記動作緩衝部材は、前記筒状体の前記流出端が半径方向の内側に動くとき、半径方向の外側に動くように構成されているものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記動作緩衝部材は、前記筒状体の前記流出端が半径方向の内側に動くとき、前記布を、半径方向の外側に押すように構成されているものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記動作緩衝部材は、しずく形状又は三角形状を含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、捕捉部材を含み、該捕捉部材は、前記筒状体を囲む少なくとも部分的な環を形成して、自然弁の弁尖及び/又は腱索の部分を捕捉するように構成されているものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記筒状体の外周に構成された細長い外部部材を含み、前記捕捉部材が前記細長い外部部材に沿って、該細長い外部部材を覆うものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記筒状体は、該筒状体の前記流出端に複数のビームを含むものであり、該複数のビームによって前記流入端と前記複数のビームとの間の連結部を設け、連結部の数は前記弁尖の数と同じであるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記動作緩衝部材のストラット幅は、前記ビームのストラット幅よりも小さいものであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記動作緩衝部材は、半径方向に、前記弁尖と同じ断面に位置するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記動作緩衝部材は、半径方向に、少なくとも部分的に前記連結部と同じ断面に位置するものであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
