Claims (9)
- レーザ光源(11)と、受光器と、およびレーザ光源(11)から発生されたレーザビーム(20)を相互に直交する2つの走査方向に偏向させる走査システムとを含む、特に自動車用3Dライダセンサ(10)において、3Dライダセンサ(10)内に、正常動作からの逸脱に対する他の検出装置(14)を設けたこと、を特徴とする3Dライダセンサ(10)。
- 追加の光センサ(15)を設けたこと、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dライダセンサ(10)。
- 外部光を抑制することができること、を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の3Dライダセンサ(10)。
- 迷光センサ(16)を設けたこと、を特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の3Dライダセンサ(10)。
- 3Dライダセンサ(10)が、降雨センサ、温度センサ、超音波センサ、化学物質センサまたは放射能センサのような他のセンサと結合されたこと、を特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の3Dライダセンサ(10)。
- 3Dライダセンサ(10)の出口開口のディスクまたはレンズ(13)上またはその中に、圧電システムを設けたこと、を特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の3Dライダセンサ(10)。
- 3Dライダセンサ(10)の出口開口のディスクまたはレンズ(13)上またはその中に、感光抵抗ワイヤ(22)を配置したこと、を特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の3Dライダセンサ(10)。
- レーザビーム(20)に対する拡大光学装置および/または集束光学装置を設けたこと、を特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の3Dライダ装置(10)。
- 3Dライダセンサ(10)が、レーザ光源(11)と、受光器と、およびレーザ光源(11)から発生されたレーザビーム(20)を相互に直交する2つの走査方向に偏向させる走査システムとを備えた、特に自動車用3Dライダセンサ(10)の動作方法において、3Dライダセンサ(10)内に、3Dライダセンサ(10)の正常動作からの逸脱がそれにより検出可能な、正常動作からの逸脱に対する他の検出装置(14)を設けたこと、を特徴とする3Dライダセンサ(10)の動作方法。
