Abstract
Description
R1は、置換もしくは非置換の3価のアルキル基;または置換もしくは非置換の3価のアリール基であり、
Lは、直接結合;置換もしくは非置換の2価のアルキル基;または置換もしくは非置換の2価のアリール基であり、
aは、0〜3の整数であり、
aが2以上の場合、2以上のLは、互いに同一または異なる。
合成例1.スルホン酸ポリエステル樹脂Aの合成
500mlの丸底フラスコを窒素に置換し、エチレングリコール、ジエチルグリコール、ソジウムスルホニルイソフタル酸、イソフタル酸を0.5:0.5:0.1:0.9のモル比で投入し、200℃で2時間エステル化反応を進行させて理論量の水を流出させた。触媒としてはテトラメチルチタネート、アンチモンアセテート、tブチルチンオキサイドを使用し、安定剤としてはトリメチルホスフェートを添加して水を流出させ続けた後、255℃、2.5Torr以下の減圧下、150分間縮重合反応を実施して、スルホン酸ポリエステル樹脂Aを製造した。樹脂から水を除いた全体固形分は30wt%であり、ガラス転移温度は約60℃、最小フィルム形成温度は約90℃である。
ポリエステル樹脂Aにグリシジルエチル(メタ)アクリレート、メチル(メタ)アクリレートを40:60の重量比で投入し、冷却させてから水に高速撹拌させ、反応物と熱開始剤を投入し、温度を80℃に上昇させて2時間スルホン酸ポリエステルアクリル樹脂Bを製造した。ポリエステルとアクリルの重量比は5:5であり、ポリエステル:グリシジルエチル(メタ)アクリレート:メチル(メタ)アクリレートの重量比は5:2:3である。樹脂から水を除いた全体固形分は30wt%であり、ガラス転移温度は約60℃、最小フィルム形成温度は約80℃である。
実施例1.
ポリ(シクロヘキシルマレイミド−co−メチルメタクリレート)((株)LGMMA PMMA830HR)樹脂を、250℃、250rpmの条件下、T−ダイ製膜機を用いて幅800mmの未延伸アクリル系フィルムを製造した後、135℃の温度でMD方向に1.8倍延伸した。
プライマーコーティング液の製造時、架橋剤(Nippon Kasei Chemical、Adipic acid dihydrazide、パウダー)0.42gを追加し、純水を66.88gに変更することを除けば、実施例1と同様の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
比較例1.
プライマーコーティングを省略することを除けば、実施例1と同様の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
プライマーコーティング液の製造時、バインダー樹脂としてスルホン酸ポリエステルアクリル樹脂Bの代わりにカルボン酸ポリエステルアクリル樹脂(TAKAMASTU ATX−060:固形分25%分散液)を用いることを除けば、実施例1と同様の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
プライマーコーティング液の製造時、バインダー樹脂としてスルホン酸ポリエステルアクリル樹脂Bの代わりにカルボン酸ポリウレタン樹脂(ADEKA SPX−0775−5:固形分30%分散液)を用いることを除けば、実施例1と同様の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
プライマーコーティング液の製造時、バインダー樹脂としてスルホン酸ポリエステルアクリル樹脂Bの代わりにスルホン酸ポリエステル樹脂(TAKAMASTU NSX−640:固形分25%分散液)を用いることを除けば、実施例1と同様の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
帯電防止物質をプライマー液の代わりに表面処理液に処方することを除けば、実施例2と同様の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
実験例1.付着性評価
実施例と比較例により製造された表面処理コーティング層の幅が1mmと10×10の切り込みを入れてテープを貼り付けてから取り剥がしてコーティング層の剥がれる程度で付着を評価した。剥がれた箇所が0〜20個の場合にOK、剥がれた箇所が21個以上の場合にNGと評価する。結果は下記表1に示した。
実施例と比較例により表面処理されたフィルムのGlossを、MICRO TRI−gloss BYKを用いて60゜の条件で評価した。測定値が80±10に入る場合にOK、外れる場合にNGと評価し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
実施例と比較例により製造された表面処理コーティング層の表面3地点を高抵抗率計(MCP−HT800/MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL ANALYTECH)、プローブ(URS、UR100)を用いて、500Vで10秒間表面抵抗(Ω/□)を測定し、その平均値の単位を下記表1に示した。単位が1012以下の時、帯電防止効果があると判断する。
ヘイズメーター(Haze Meter、HM−150/MURAKAMI)、規格JIS K7136を用いてフィルム5地点を測定した時、ヘイズ(Haze)平均値が0.5%以下でかつ、最大値と最小値との差が0.2%以下の場合にのみコーティング外観が良好(O)であり、いずれか一方でも満足しない場合に不良(X)と評価する。
Claims (11)
- 透明基材と、
前記透明基材の少なくとも一面に備えられ、スルホン酸ポリエステルアクリル系樹脂を含むバインダー樹脂および帯電防止物質を含む帯電防止プライマー層と、
前記帯電防止プライマー層上に備えられた表面処理コーティング層とを含む光学フィルム。 - 前記帯電防止物質は、PEDOT(poly−3,4−ethylenedioxythiophene)を含むものである、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記帯電防止物質は、固形分含有量を基準としてバインダー樹脂100重量部に対して、帯電防止物質0.01重量部〜20重量部を含むものである、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記帯電防止プライマー層の厚さは、10nm〜500nmである、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記帯電防止プライマー層は、架橋剤をさらに含むものである、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記架橋剤は、ADH(adipic acid dihydrazide)、イミダゾール系、メラミン系、アミン系、酸無水物系、イソシアネート(Isocyanate)系、メルカプタン(Mercaptan)系、カルボン酸系、ポリオール系、ポリチオール系、およびフェノール系のうちの1つ以上を含むものである、請求項6に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記帯電防止プライマー層は、有機微粒子または無機微粒子をさらに含むものである、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記有機微粒子または無機微粒子は、固形分含有量を基準としてバインダー樹脂100重量部に対して、0.1重量部〜20重量部を含むものである、請求項8に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記透明基材は、(メタ)アクリル系フィルムである、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 偏光子と、
前記偏光子の少なくとも一面に、前記請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルムとを含むことを特徴とする偏光板。
