Claims (11)
- 自動車(10)の内燃機関(11)のための高圧噴射システム(13)の圧力センサ(35)の較正をチェックする方法であって、
高圧ポンプ(15)の圧縮室(33)内でピストン(22)が、連続するポンプサイクルでそのつど吐出段階中に上死点(31)へと移動され、
それによって、前記圧縮室(33)内に配置された流体(14)が前記圧縮室(33)から吐出され、前記ピストン(22)が前記上死点(31)へと移動する間、流体圧力(P)の目標値(37)を閉ループ制御するために、制御装置(17)による電磁石(18)の通電によって吸入弁(16)が閉弁され、
それによって、前記流体(14)が吐出弁(26)を通って迂回し、
前記流体(14)が、前記吐出弁(26)の下流で流体圧力(P)を形成し、
前記圧力センサ(35)は、前記吐出弁(26)の下流に配置されており、センサ信号(36,36’,36’’)を生成する、方法において、
前記吸入弁(16)が閉弁されているときに、前記制御装置(17)によって前記電磁石(18)に測定電流(47)が印加され、
前記ピストン(22)が再び前記上死点(31)から離れる方向に移動している間に、前記測定電流(47)の所定の経時変化(50)に基づいて、前記吸入弁(16)の開弁運動が開始されたときの前記ピストン(22)の開弁ポジション(43)が検出され、
複数回のポンプサイクルにわたって、前記流体圧力(P)の前記目標値(37)が、所定の差分値(53)だけ変更され、
この際に、変更された前記目標値(37)に対する前記開弁ポジション(43)の特定された変化(56)が、所定の一致基準(52)を満たしているか否かがチェックされ、
前記一致基準(52)を満たしていない場合には、較正に関するエラー信号(59)が生成される
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記差分値(53)に、前記開弁ポジション(43)の前記変化(56)に関する所定の期待値(57)が対応付けられており、
前記一致基準(52)は、前記開弁ポジション(43)の特定された前記変化(56)が、前記期待値(57)を中心とした許容範囲内(58)内にあることを含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記差分値(53)によって、400バールを超える前記流体圧力(P)の変化が引き起こされる、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記開弁ポジション(43)の前記変化(56)は、相対的な変化として検出される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記一致基準(52)は、前記流体(14)の温度に依存して設定される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記測定電流(47)の電流強度は、前記吸入弁(16)を閉弁するために提供されている電流強度よりも小さく設定される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記開弁運動を検出するための前記測定電流(47)の前記所定の経時変化(50)は、前記測定電流(47)の所定の平均値(48)が増加することを含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記開弁ポジション(43)は、前記内燃機関(11)の回転位置センサ(44)によって検出される、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 自動車(10)の内燃機関(11)の高圧噴射システム(13)のための制御装置(17)であって、
前記制御装置(17)は、前記高圧噴射システム(13)の高圧ポンプ(15)の吸入弁(16)を、圧力センサ(35)のセンサ信号(36,36’,36’’)に基づいて閉弁するように構成されている、制御装置(17)において、
前記制御装置(17)は、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法の、当該制御装置(17)に該当するステップを実施するように構成されていることを特徴とする、制御装置(17)。 - 高圧ポンプ(15)と、前記高圧ポンプ(15)の吐出弁(26)の下流に配置された圧力センサ(35)とを有する、自動車(10)のための高圧噴射システム(13)であって、
前記高圧噴射システム(13)は、請求項9記載の制御装置(17)を有することを特徴とする、高圧噴射システム(13)。 - 内燃機関(11)と、請求項10記載の高圧噴射システム(13)とを有する、自動車(10)。
