Abstract

から選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤と、の組み合わせとすることができる。添加剤に加えて、添加手段及び/またはタンク26は、還元剤分解の副生成物からの堆積物の形成を制限または抑制することを可能にする物質を含むことが可能である。このタイプの物質は有機物質であってよい。
Claims (13)
- 排気管(10)を流れる、特に内燃機関からの排気ガスの汚染を除去するための設備であって、窒素酸化物(NOx)の選択的触媒還元のための少なくとも1つの触媒手段と、少なくとも1つの微粒子除去手段と、少なくとも1つの還元剤を含むメインタンク(26)と、前記還元剤を前記排気管に供給するための1つまたは複数の手段(20)と、を含む設備において、
前記設備は還元剤に添加剤を添加する手段(30)を含み、添加剤は、前記微粒子除去手段の再生フェーズを促進する物質、前記還元剤の噴霧を改善するための物質、前記還元剤の凝固点を低下させるための物質、若しくは前記還元剤の匂いを消すための物質、またはこれらの物質の少なくとも2つの組み合わせであることを特徴とする設備。 - 前記添加剤を添加する手段は添加回路(30)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ガス汚染除去設備。
- 添加回路(30)はメインタンク(26)に接続された少なくとも1つの添加タンク(32)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の排気ガス汚染除去設備。
- 添加タンク(32)は少なくとも1つの添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の排気ガス汚染除去設備。
- 添加回路(30)は少なくとも1つの添加剤ポンピング・調量手段(36)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス汚染除去設備。
- 前記添加剤は前記微粒子除去手段の前記再生フェーズを促進する物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス汚染除去設備。
- 前記還元剤はアンモニアまたはアンモニア前駆体化合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス汚染除去設備。
- 前記還元剤は含酸素または非含酸素の炭化水素であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス汚染除去設備。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス汚染除去設備を使用する方法において、
−メインタンク(26)に前記還元剤を充填することと、
−メインタンク(26)に含まれる前記還元剤に添加剤を加えることと、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記還元剤に、少なくとも1つの添加タンク(32)に含まれる少なくとも1つの添加剤が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤に、前記メインタンクに直接供給される固体形態の少なくとも1つの添加剤が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤に、前記メインタンク(26)に直接供給される液体形態の少なくとも1つの添加剤が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤に、タンク(26)に供給される前に穴が開けられたカプセルに含まれる、少なくとも1つの添加剤が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
