Abstract
Description
ケーシング22は、その雌ねじで外側ねじ山部12の雄ねじにねじ込まれる。続いて、終端ディスク20がケーシング22の下端部に押し込まれる。この過程で、スナップ爪26は一時的に外側に撓み、終端ディスク20の外周のカラーにスナップ固定される。これにより、ケーシング22及び外側ねじ山部12は、終端ディスク20に取り外し不能に接続される。
Claims (12)
- 接続ねじによって構成要素を接続するための装置のための公差補償要素であって、
互いに螺合し、共に長さ調整可能なスペーサ(14)を形成する内側及び外側ねじ山部(10、12)と、
前記内側ねじ山部(10)内に保持されるとともに、挿入された前記接続ねじの周囲に摩擦接触する位置にばね要素(34)を保持するスリーブ(30)とを備え、
ねじ抜け防止装置は、前記スペーサ(14)の一端に回転可能に支持されたリング(44)の形態であり、
前記リングは、前記スリーブ(30)内に軸方向に突出するとともに、自由端において、外側にクランクされた爪(50)を形成する少なくとも1つのアーム(48)を備え、
前記爪には、前記内側ねじ山部の最大ねじ緩み距離が達せられた時に、前記スリーブ(30)に形成された止め部(54)が当接することを特徴とする、公差補償要素。 - 前記ねじ抜け防止装置のアーム(48)は、前記スリーブ(30)の内周面のアンダーカットされた溝(52)内に収容されており、かつ、前記溝の外形と相補的な外形を有する、請求項1に記載の公差補償要素。
- 前記スリーブ(30)は、外周の少なくとも一部に、前記スリーブ(30)を前記内側ねじ山部(10)にねじ込むことを可能にするねじ山を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の公差補償要素。
- 前記ねじ山部(10、12)の少なくとも1つが、コイル状に巻かれたワイヤ(16)から形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の公差補償要素。
- 前記ワイヤ(16)は正方形の横断面を有し、前記正方形の横断面の対角線の1つが前記コイルの軸方向に延び、かつ、個々のターンがブロック構成において互いに係合するように巻かれている、請求項4に記載の公差補償要素。
- 前記ねじ山部(10、12)の両方が、巻かれたワイヤ(16)で形成されている、請求項4又は5に記載の公差補償要素。
- 金属製の終端ディスク(18、20)が前記スペーサ(14)の少なくとも一端に取り付けられ、前記ディスクは、前記ワイヤに面する側に、少なくともねじ山部(10、12)のワイヤ(16)の最後のターンを補完する凹状のレリーフを有する、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の公差補償要素。
- 前記スリーブ(30)が、前記内側ねじ山部(10)と係合する前記終端ディスク(18)にスナップ固定されている、請求項7に記載の公差補償要素。
- 前記外側ねじ山部(12)がプラスチックのケーシング(22)によって囲まれている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の公差補償要素。
- 前記ケーシング(22)が雌ねじを有し、前記外側ねじ山部(12)の雄ねじにねじ込まれる、請求項9に記載の公差補償要素。
- 前記ケーシング(22)が、前記外側ねじ山部(12)と係合する前記終端ディスク(20)にスナップ固定されている、請求項9又は10に記載の公差補償要素。
- 前記ねじ抜け防止装置(44)の環状部分は、外周にカラー(46)を有し、前記外側ねじ山部(12)の前記終端ディスク(20)の段付き穴内に回転可能に収容されている、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の公差補償要素。
