Claims (6)
- 水晶体超音波乳化吸引術を行うためのシステム(1)であって、
中空針(8)と該中空針(8)を取り囲む外側面(9)とによって形成される器具(3)を有するハンドピース(2)であって、前記中空針(8)が第1のチャネル(10)を形成し、前記中空針(8)と前記外側面(9)との間に環状断面を有する第2のチャネル(12)が形成される、ハンドピース(2)と、
流体を所定の圧力で送出するように構成される灌流装置(4)と、流体を吸引するように構成される吸引装置(5)と、マニホールド装置(6)であって、該マニホールド装置(6)が、流体の交換のために、前記第1のチャネル(10)、前記第2のチャネル(12)、前記灌流装置(4)、及び、前記吸引装置(5)に接続される、マニホールド装置(6)と、情報の交換のために前記灌流装置(4)、前記吸引装置(5)、及び、前記マニホールド装置(6)に接続される制御装置(7)と、を備え、
前記マニホールド装置(6)は、第1の動作モードでは、流体の交換のために前記第2のチャネル(12)と前記灌流装置(4)とを接続するとともに、流体の交換のために前記第1のチャネル(10)と前記吸引装置(5)とを接続し、前記マニホールド装置(6)は、第2の動作モードでは、流体の交換のために前記第1のチャネル(10)と前記灌流装置(4)とを接続し、
前記灌流装置(4)が前記マニホールド装置(6)に流体を送出する際の圧力は、前記第2の動作モードにおいて前記制御装置(7)により線形に制御可能である
ことを特徴とするシステム(1)。 - 前記マニホールド装置(6)は、前記吸引装置(5)と前記ハンドピース(2)の前記第1のチャネル(10)とを接続する吸引ライン(18)と、前記灌流装置(4)と前記ハンドピース(2)の前記第2のチャネル(12)とを接続する灌流ライン(19)と、前記吸引ライン(18)と前記灌流ライン(19)とを接続する接続ライン(20)と、3つの弁とを備え、前記接続ライン(20)に第1の弁(21)が形成され、前記接続ライン(20)が前記灌流ライン(19)へと延びる領域と前記第2のチャネル(12)との間で前記灌流ライン(19)に第2の弁(22)が形成され、前記吸引装置(5)と前記接続ライン(20)が前記吸引ライン(18)へと延びる領域との間で前記吸引ライン(18)に第3の弁(23)が形成され、前記第1の動作モードでは、前記第2の弁(22)及び前記第3の弁(23)が開かれるとともに、前記第1の弁(21)が閉じられ、前記第2の動作モードでは、前記第2の弁(22)及び前記第3の弁(23)が閉じられるとともに、前記第1の弁(21)が開かれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム(1)。 - 前記マニホールド装置は、前記第2の弁と前記第2のチャネルとの間の灌流ラインに接続するとともに前記第3の弁と前記吸引装置との間の前記吸引ラインへと延びるバイパスラインを備え、前記バイパスラインには第4の弁が形成され、前記第4の弁は、前記第1の動作モードで閉じられ、前記第2の動作モードで開かれる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム(1)。 - 前記制御装置(7)は、圧力を制御するためのフットスイッチを備えるとともに、前記動作モード間を切り換えるために手又は足で操作可能なスイッチを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のシステム(1)。 - 前記灌流装置(4)は、前記制御装置(7)により制御されるポンプによって過圧が付与され得る容器により形成され、及び/又は、前記灌流装置(4)は、前記制御装置(7)により制御される昇降装置によって垂直方向に移動可能な容器により形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のシステム(1)。 - 前記吸引装置(5)は、真空で満たされるカートリッジによって又は蠕動ポンプによって形成され、前記蠕動ポンプは流体を吸引するようになっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のシステム(1)。
