Abstract
Description
バッテリ分配ユニットは、例えばバッテリパックの電流を測定し、電力分配を調整することによって、電力コネクタシステム100の電力容量及び機能性を管理することができる。
並列の接地機構150を提供することにより、電気シールド140が被覆面132を穿通して電気シールド140と導電層134との間に直接の電気接続を提供する機会が増す(例えば、接地機構150のうちの1つ又は複数が被覆面132を十分に穿通しない場合でも、このときに他の接地機構が、電気接続を提供するのに十分な程度に被覆面132を穿通し得る)。
リップ161は開口部160を取り囲んでいる。接地機構150は、取り付けタブ152の下方に構造体130の被覆面132を穿通するように構成された切れ刃162を形成するための製造工程中に、底面158の下に形成されてもよい。切れ刃162は、リップ161が切れ刃162と一体であってかつ切れ刃162を画定するように、リップ161の遠位端に位置付けてもよい。
Claims (8)
- 構造体(30)に取り付けられるように構成された取り付け端部(24)を有するハウジング(22)と、
前記ハウジングによって保持され電気的遮蔽を提供する電気シールド(28)と、を備え、前記電気シールドは前記構造体に電気的に接地されるように構成されており、前記電気シールドは貫通している開口部(160)を含む取り付けエリア(54)を有する取り付けタブ(52)を有し、前記取り付けタブは前記取り付けエリア内の前記開口部の近くに接地機構(150)を有し、前記接地機構は、前記構造体の被覆面(132)を通り抜け、前記構造体の導電層(134)に直接係合し、前記電気シールドを前記被覆面を通して前記構造体に電気接続するように構成されている、

- 前記接地機構(150)は、前記取り付けタブ(52)を通る前記開口部(160)と、前記構造体(30)の前記被覆面(132)を穿通するように構成された切れ刃(162)を画定している、前記開口部の周囲に延在するリップとを含む、請求項1に記載の電気構成要素(20)。
- 前記取り付けエリア(54)の前記開口部(160)の周囲には複数の前記接地機構(150)が設けられている、請求項1に記載の電気構成要素(20)。
- 前記接地機構(150)は、前記開口部(160)の周囲に互いに等距離に配置されている、請求項5に記載の電気構成要素(20)。
- 前記取り付けタブ(52)は前記構造体(30)に面する底面(158)を有する平面状であり、前記接地機構(150)は前記底面から下向きに延在して前記構造体に係合するようになっている、請求項1に記載の電気構成要素(20)。
- 前記開口部(160)内に受け入れられて前記取り付けタブ(52)を前記構造体(30)に機械的に固定する、締結具(138)を更に備え、前記締結具は、前記取り付けエリア(54)の上方に配置されている軸方向荷重部材(172)を含み、前記軸方向荷重部材は、前記接地機構(150)に対して軸方向荷重力をもたらして前記接地機構を前記構造体に押し付ける、請求項1に記載の電気構成要素(20)。
