- フィルタであって、誘電体層および前記誘電体層上に設けられるワイヤグリッド構造アレイを備え、前記ワイヤグリッド構造アレイは複数のワイヤグリッド構造を有し、各前記ワイヤグリッド構造は、第1ワイヤグリッドユニットと、第2ワイヤグリッドユニットと、第3ワイヤグリッドユニットと、第4ワイヤグリッドユニットとを含み、前記第1ワイヤグリッドユニット、第2ワイヤグリッドユニット、第3ワイヤグリッドユニット、および第4ワイヤグリッドユニットはそれぞれ、間隔をあけて配置される複数のワイヤグリッドを含み、前記第1ワイヤグリッドユニット、第2ワイヤグリッドユニット、第3ワイヤグリッドユニット、および第4ワイヤグリッドユニットのグリッド間隔はいずれも異なっており、前記第1ワイヤグリッドユニット、第2ワイヤグリッドユニット、第3ワイヤグリッドユニット、および第4ワイヤグリッドユニットはそれぞれ、入射光を濾光して4つの異なる色の光を得るために用いられる、フィルタ。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルタにおいて、前記第1ワイヤグリッドユニット、第2ワイヤグリッドユニット、第3ワイヤグリッドユニットのグリッド間隔が順次縮小されている、フィルタ。
- 請求項2に記載のフィルタにおいて、前記ワイヤグリッドは、前記誘電体層および前記ワイヤグリッドに対して直交する方向における断面の形状が、方形、台形または三角形である、フィルタ。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルタにおいて、前記ワイヤグリッドの材質が、アルミニウム、銀、または金である、フィルタ。
- 表示装置であって、バックライトモジュールおよび前記バックライトモジュール上に順次設けられる下基板と、液晶層と、上基板とを含み、前記上基板は、ベースと、前記ベース上に位置する上偏光板とを含み、前記下基板は、下偏光板と、前記下偏光板上に位置するTFTアレイとを含み、前記下基板は、さらに、請求項1に記載のフィルタを含み、前記フィルタは前記TFTアレイ上に設けられ、前記ワイヤグリッド構造アレイは、前記誘電体層と前記液晶層との間に位置し、前記第1ワイヤグリッドユニット、第2ワイヤグリッドユニット、第3ワイヤグリッドユニット、および第4ワイヤグリッドユニットはそれぞれ、入射光を濾光して色が赤色のRサブ画素、色が緑色のGサブ画素、色が青色のBサブ画素、および色が白色のWサブ画素を得るために用いられる、表示装置。
- 請求項5に記載の表示装置において、前記第1ワイヤグリッドユニット、第2ワイヤグリッドユニット、第3ワイヤグリッドユニットのグリッド間隔が順次縮小されている、表示装置。
- 請求項6に記載の表示装置において、前記第1ワイヤグリッドユニットは、入射光を濾光してRサブ画素を得るために用いられ、前記第2ワイヤグリッドユニットは、入射光を濾光してGサブ画素を得るために用いられ、前記第3ワイヤグリッドユニットは、入射光を濾光してBサブ画素を得るために用いられ、前記第4ワイヤグリッドユニットは、入射光を濾光してWサブ画素を得るために用いられる、表示装置。
- 請求項5に記載の表示装置において、各ワイヤグリッドユニットにおけるワイヤグリッドの長さが同じである、表示装置。
- 請求項5に記載の表示装置において、いずれか2つの隣り合う前記第1ワイヤグリッドユニット、第2ワイヤグリッドユニット、第3ワイヤグリッドユニット、および第4ワイヤグリッドユニット間の間隔が同じである、表示装置。
- 請求項5に記載の表示装置において、前記表示装置がさらにOC平坦化層を備え、前記OC平坦化層は前記ベースと前記液晶層との間に位置する、表示装置。
- 請求項6に記載の表示装置において、前記表示装置がさらにOC平坦化層を備え、前記OC平坦化層は前記ベースと前記液晶層との間に位置する、表示装置。
- 請求項7に記載の表示装置において、前記表示装置がさらにOC平坦化層を備え、前記OC平坦化層は前記ベースと前記液晶層との間に位置する、表示装置。
- 請求項8に記載の表示装置において、前記表示装置がさらにOC平坦化層を備え、前記OC平坦化層は前記ベースと前記液晶層との間に位置する、表示装置。
- 請求項9に記載の表示装置において、前記表示装置がさらにOC平坦化層を備え、前記OC平坦化層は前記ベースと前記液晶層との間に位置する、表示装置。
