Abstract
Description

−本体2の少なくとも1つの一次層を実現するための第1の液体感光性樹脂材料、および接触表面3を除外して本体2の少なくとも一部分に付着し、かつ本体2の少なくとも一部分から取外し可能な、少なくとも1つの二次層を実現するための第2の液体感光性樹脂材料のうち、少なくとも一方を堆積させる1つの段階であって、堆積させるそのような段階は、堆積させる手段を用いて実質的に水平な堆積平面5上で形成される段階と;
−層の少なくとも1つを得るために、重合ユニットを用いて第1の感光性樹脂材料および第2の感光性樹脂材料のうち少なくとも一方を凝固させる1つの段階であって、凝固させるそのような段階は、堆積させる段階の後に続く段階と;
−堆積平面5から始めて、層を実質的に垂直に成長させる1つの段階であって、好ましくはそのような成長段階中に、堆積平面5に対して上方へ接触表面3を誘導する段階と
を備える。
−台枠と;
−台枠上の固定した位置に1対のプラスチック成形要素を保持するように適合された保持部材と;
−各成形要素の対向する溶接すべき領域を、接触した状態で配列することができる、互いに対向する2つの面を具備する、台枠に搭載された加熱プレート熱溶接手段と;
−相互に離れて動く位置と相互に接近する位置の間で成形要素を移動させるように適合された、台枠と保持部材の間に置かれた保持部材のスライド手段であって、溶接すべき加熱領域を一緒に連結する手段と;
−溶接すべき領域を溶接した後に得られる溶接ビードを封じ込めるために、当接表面に当接するように適合された、前記台枠に搭載された側方封じ込め手段と
を備える機械に関する。
Claims (9)
- プラスチック成形要素の溶接ビードを封じ込めるための対向鋳型要素を実現するための工程であって、前記対向鋳型要素(1)は、窓/ドアのための少なくとも1つの枠を得るために一緒に溶接された、プラスチック材料からなる少なくとも1対の成形要素を当接して受け入れるように適合された少なくとも1つの本体(2)を有し、各成形要素は、前記成形要素の側面が互いに実質的に隣接してロケータ表面を画定する溶接構成で、別の成形要素の溶接表面に溶接可能な少なくとも1つの溶接表面を備える工程であって、
−前記側面の少なくとも1つの部分の輪郭を獲得する少なくとも1つの段階と、
−前記ロケータ表面を当接して受け入れるように適合された、前記本体(2)の少なくとも1つの接触表面(3)の輪郭を画定する少なくとも1つの段階であって、前記接触表面(3)の輪郭は、前記ロケータ表面の輪郭に実質的に相補的である段階と、
−画定する前記段階で得られる前記接触表面(3)の輪郭から始めて、前記本体(2)を得るために、少なくとも1つの3次元成形機器(4)を用いて得られる3次元成形を行う少なくとも1つの段階と
を備えるという事実を特徴とする工程。 - 前記3次元成形機器(4)は、少なくとも1つの液体感光性樹脂材料を堆積させる手段と、前記液体感光性樹脂材料を凝固させる手段とを備えるという事実を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工程。
- 前記凝固させる手段は、少なくとも1つの重合ユニットを備えるという事実を特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の工程。
- 前記接触表面(3)は、実質的に粗さがないという事実を特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項、または複数に記載の工程。
- 獲得する前記段階は、前記成形要素の横断面の外周部を検出する段階を備えるという事実を特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項、または複数に記載の工程。
- 画定する前記段階は、前記接触表面(3)を有する前記本体(2)を得るために、前記3次元成形機器(4)の動きを調節する段階を備えるという事実を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項、または複数に記載の工程。
- 3次元成形する前記段階は、
−前記本体(2)の少なくとも1つの一次層を実現するための第1の液体感光性樹脂材料、および前記接触表面(3)を除外して前記本体(2)の側面の少なくとも一部分(6)に付着して、前記本体2の前記少なくとも一部分(6)から取外し可能な、少なくとも1つの二次層を実現するための第2の液体感光性樹脂材料のうち、少なくとも一方を堆積させる少なくとも1つの段階であって、堆積させる前記段階は、前記堆積させる手段を用いて実質的に水平な少なくとも1つの堆積平面(5)上で形成される段階と、
−前記層の少なくとも1つを得るために、前記重合ユニットを用いて前記第1の液体感光性樹脂材料および前記第2の液体感光性樹脂材料のうち少なくとも一方を凝固させる少なくとも1つの段階であって、凝固させる前記段階は、堆積させる前記段階の後に続く段階と、
−前記堆積平面(5)から始めて、前記層を実質的に垂直に成長させる少なくとも1つの段階であって、前記接触表面(3)は、前記堆積表面(5)に対して上方に誘導される段階と
を備えるという事実を特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項、または複数に記載の工程。 - 前記本体(2)から前記二次層を取り除く少なくとも1つの段階を備えるという事実を特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項、または複数に記載の工程。
- プラスチック成形要素を溶接するための機械であって、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項、または複数に記載の前記工程を通して得られる少なくとも1つの対向鋳型要素(1)を備えるという事実を特徴とする機械。
