Abstract
Description
本発明は、バリア層、特に複合材料中のバリア層としての特別なポリマーの使用に関する。これらのバリア層は、異なるガスに関して選択的なバリア効果を呈し、バリア効果は、HFOに関して特に効果的である。これらの特性のため、かかるバリア層は、例えば熱絶縁管において絶縁特性に良い影響を与えることができる。

●ラギング用、特に冷却装置用、地方および地域熱供給のための管システム用、建物冷却のための管システム用、冷却された媒体を輸送するための管システム用、産業用途における管システム用、ガス、液体、または固体の輸送のための管システム用のバリア材料として、および/または
●包装用、特に医薬品、食品、および電気部品用のバリア材料として、および/または
●容器およびタンク用のバリア材料としての、本明細書に記載されるポリマー層(1)または本明細書に記載される複合材料(10)の使用に関する。
異なるポリマーフィルムを通したO2、N2、CO2、HFO1233zd、Cp、およびH2Oの拡散を、規定された標準で記載した様式で実験的に判定した。その結果を表に要約する。
20〜30cmの幅を有するフィルムウェブを溶接して、約8リットルの体積を有する袋を形成した。これらの袋を、発泡剤としてシクロペンタンを含有するPU発泡体で充填した。発泡プロセスが完了した後、袋をまた上端部で溶接した。
Claims (15)
- 前記ポリマーが、90〜100いずれかの重量%の式(II)の構造単位を含有することを特徴とし、
90〜100重量%の式(III)の構造単位を含有することを特徴とし、
90〜100重量%の式(IV)の構造単位を含有することを特徴とし、
- 前記ハイドロオレフィンが、1233zdおよび1336mzzの群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記HFOが、0℃超の沸点を有する、請求項4で定義されたハイドロフルオロオレフィンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記ガスが、発泡体の気泡ガス(21)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記気泡ガス(21)が、10〜100体積%のHFOおよび0〜50体積%の(シクロ)アルカンおよび0〜50体積%のCO2を含む混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の使用。
- 前記発泡体が、ポリウレタン(PU)、ポリイソシアヌレート(PIR)、熱可塑性ポリエステル(PET)、および熱可塑性ポリオレフィンの群から選択されるポリマー(22)であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の使用。
- 前記発泡体(ポリマー(22)および気泡ガス(21))が、以下の基準を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の使用。
−50〜100体積%の1233zdおよび0〜50体積%のシクロペンタン(Cp)を含有するPU、
−50〜100体積%の1336mzzおよび0〜50体積%のCpを含有するPU、
−50〜100体積%の1233zdおよび0〜50体積%のCpを含有するPIR、
−50〜100体積%の1336mzzおよび0〜50体積%のCpを含有するPIR、
−50〜100体積%の1233zdおよび0〜50体積%のCpを含有するPET、
−50〜100体積%の1336mzzおよび0〜50体積%のCpを含有するPET、
−50〜100体積%の1233zdおよび0〜50体積%のCpを含有するPE、および/または
−50〜100体積%の1336mzzおよび0〜50体積%のCpを含有するPE。 - 前記ポリマー層が、以下の拡散係数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
−5cm3/m2×日×バールより小さなHFO、
−20cm3/m2×日×バールより小さなO2、
−5cm3/m2×日×バールより小さなN2、
−0.5cm3/m2×日×バールより大きなCO2、および
−0.4g/m2×日より大きなH2O(ガス)。 - 前記ポリマー層(1)が複合材料(10)の一部であること、または自立型構造要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記複合材料(10)は、以下の層状構造、熱可塑性ポリマー(3)、任意の接着促進剤(2)、請求項1に記載のバリア材料としてのポリマー層(1)、任意の接着促進剤(2’)、任意の熱可塑性ポリマー(3’)を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の使用。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー(3、3’)が、高密度PE(HDPE)、低密度PE(LDPE)、直鎖状低密度PE(LLDPE)からなる群から選択され、0.01〜1mmの層の厚さを有し、および/または
前記接着促進剤(2、2’)は、少なくとも1つの他の成分を有するPEグラフトコポリマーからなる群から選択され、0.01〜1mmの層の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の使用。 - 請求項1に記載のポリマー層または請求項11に記載の複合材料の使用であって、
ラギング用、特に冷却装置用、地方および地域熱供給のための管システム用、建物冷却のための管システム用、冷却された媒体を輸送するための管システム用、産業用途における管システム用、ガス、液体、または固体の輸送のための管システム用のバリア材料として、および/または
包装用、特に医薬品、食品、および電気部品用のバリア材料として、および/または
容器およびタンク用のバリア材料としての、使用。 - プラスチック媒体管システム(PMP)およびプラスチックジャケット管システム(PJP)の群からの熱絶縁管システム用の請求項14に記載の使用。
