Claims (10)
- 超高分子量ポリエチレン(UHMWPE)及び/又は高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)及び/又はポリプロピレン(PP)の群の粒子が、選択的レーザ焼結法により層毎に一緒に溶融される、インプラントの製造方法。
- 前記粒子は、塊状の本体、又は閉じ込められた空気を含む多孔質本体を形成するために一緒に溶融されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記本体は、複雑な幾何形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は、ジャガイモ状又は球状の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粉末形態の前記粒子は、約20μm〜約300μmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 粉末粒として存在する前記粒子は、約130μm〜約150μmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 表面処理が、プラズマ処理、スノーブラスティング、凍結CO2フレークによる加圧衝撃、又は超音波浴の形態で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 製造される前記インプラントの細孔が、封止されないまま又は開いたままであるように、前記選択的レーザ焼結後に熱処理が行われ、及び/又は、製造される前記インプラントの前記細孔が、全体的に又は部分的にのみ表面的に封止されるように、前記選択的レーザ焼結後に熱処理が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に従って製造されるインプラント。
- 人体のための軟骨及び/又は骨構成要素の再構築のための、CMFインプラントとして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のインプラント。
